Careless irresponsible driver inadvertently swept my full trash container off of my driveway with the trucks container pickup and ended up sweeping it off my driveway were in landed upside down in the drainage ditch with trash spilled down the ditch. Driver did get out of the truck and she made a half-hearted attempt to pull the container up out of the ditch but after two FEEBLE attempts to lift the container, she got back in her truck and drove off. I came home to to find my upside down containerwith trash spilled out into the ditch. I was able to remove a few bags from the container to lighten it up and pulled the contaner back up on the driveway. I then picked up the spilled trash. Why didn't the driver do this. It was entirely her fault (I have a security video). Driver did not leave a note and customer service did notreach out to contact me. They know my address, email, and phone number. On Wednesday, I called a spoke to JoAnn. Got a lot of lip service but trash set out in front all day. Thursday, I called customer service again and talked to Eric. Again an unconcerned attitude and was told they would try to find a way to get a pickup scheduled. Finally, on Friday afternoon (3 days later), a truck came by and picked up the trash. Never once did anyone show any evidence they cared. It was entirely their driver's fault. They should have went out of their way to minimize the impact on their customer, BUT THEY DID NOT. I bet their concern and response would be much different if I missed one of their precious payments.

Paid a deposit for a bin and was told it would be delivered the following Thursday...never showed. There was a bin in the home we got which was broken. Called after moving in asking for new bin and was told Thursday never showed. Explained it was broken and nasty. Requested again was told I had to pay another $50 for replacement. Customer service is horrible and still using an old nasty broken can. Shopping for a new truck service now

Then left Santex over; in the beginning they were like the old company.. Rates stayed the same for previous customers, but really sky rocketed for new residents. They company never!!!!! answers the phone or return messages left. The final straw was when they decided to pick trash with a mechanical truck. Bins left in the middle of the road and not a week passed without at least several broken/destroyed bins. Let's see if our bin get picked up anytime soon. Read reviews.
