I called today, and was transferred to a young lady named Kaitlyn. This review is due to my experience with her. Before being transferred to her I was annoyed, and confused. Kaitlyn, was extremely knowledgeable. She answered questions that weren't answered when I called before. She is pleasant, clearly loves her job, and is empathetic. This is by far the worst waste service company that I have ever done business with in the Houston Area. Pleaseeee!!! Use another reliable company. They have given me incorrect information regarding deliveries at least 4 times. They misinformed me of paperwork necessary to perform the work to begin with and have refused to let me speak with a manager to resolve any issues. They also billed my credit card for the wrong amount, and also originally misquoted me to begin with! I have lost a considerable amount of money and one contract as a result of them not delivering a roll off dumpster when I had scheduled it. This has happened twice!!!!!!!!!! There is absolutely no reason why someone should ever use this company! They will not help you resolve issues, they are unreliable, they take advantage of you, they will not respond to your request, and above all they lie to you and then don't make things right. Worst RIP OFF ever!! Decided to change services to one that accepts recycle. Paid the last bill prorated amount. They were supposed to come pick up the trash receptacle but I got a 'bill' for SEVENTY DOLLARS just to pick it up!!! I refused & decided to drop it off instead but when I called to get the location address, they wouldn't tell me & said I COULDN'T drop it off, it HAD to be picked up! So I asked the trash guys when they next came down the street, got the address & dropped it off. Then collections started hounding me for the $70 by phone starting at 8 am & THREE calls by 9 am!! They wouldn't leave me alone!! I finally contacted the CEO, VP'S, CFO, etc & inundated THEM till they finally dropped the FAKE CHARGES!! Find ANY waste company other than Republic!!!! read more

Do not do business with this company! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in 30 years of business. The contract is meaningless, they will literally make things up and charge you. Pick any other company in the state, you will be better off. Hiring Satan to deal with your dumpster would be a wiser choice. I HATE this company! These guys are the Comcast of waste management. The prices are inflated, the customer service is nil or worse, and there are no alternatives in the area. I guess as long as they have my money, I have to take what I can get. We asked them four times to put us on autopay, we jumped through their hoops, and three times they fined us (and the CSI rep was rude and unhelpful) for not paying. Today is a trash day and when I came home from work, I found that somehow our garbage can had been knocked over. There was trash still in it, because nobody at that company in our experience has felt the need to go above and beyond for paying customers. Very frustrating, but I have no options or recourse except to make my opinion known here. read more

Took me 5 years to get out of a contract as it auto renews and I was always a few days too late...or needed to send in my cancellation by certified mail! Finally got it done by starting 6 weeks early this year...doing the whole certified mail thing...and then following up at least 6-8 times to get it done. Never again! read more

This has got to be the WORST company ever for customer service. I spent 45 minutes on the phone three days in a row just trying to get them to send me a contract to increase the frequency of my pick up. I finally got the contract, signed it, & returned it & then they immediately sent me a new contract to sign at DOUBLE the price. When I protested, I was told that it would be forwarded to a manager for review. Ten days later after hearing nothing back I told them to just cancel my service. Now they are trying to use the 'contract' to say that I cannot cancel my service. Obviously they are operating under the incorrect idea that they are the only waste management company in town. read more

Worst customer service EVER!!! I feel bad for the employees taking the phone calls. I have a commercial account with them and they promised to pick up last Thursday night- it's now Monday and there is trash everywhere. We called, paid extra and even call d the day they didn't pick up and they continued and promised to pick up- they never did. We are still waiting - i was on hold for 30 minutes and I hung up because no one ever picked up- now I'm writing a horrible yelp review because this is the 3rd time this has happened. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THEM!!! DO NOT even do any business with this company! Very Shady!!!! I would have given it 0 star rating but need to put at least one to write my review. Our company was lured in by their lower price, but not long after we signed the contract with them, they started raising the rate on us. First time was only $5 dollars extra per month, then it's $10 extra per month, and so on. And when we called and complained they blamed it on the rising operation cost and so on. Now after they're raising it again and this time it's $32 per month. We called and asked what's the reason for such a hike in rate and they just flat out said we signed a contract and according to the contract they could raise the price whenever they want to and we can't do anything about it. This is a very shady business. We had signed a 2 year contract with them and within that 2 years, they'd raised the price about 4 times. Now that our contract is almost up, they know we won't be using them again, so this time the amount increased is much greater than the previous ones. read more
