I had a great experience with AAA Cheap Trash Hauling. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Sal. He was very professional and helpful when I inquired about having items removed from the house I had just moved out of. The price he gave me was cheaper and way more reasonable than all of the surrounding competitors. Sal was able to schedule me for the very next morning. He kept in constant communication with me and was punctual in arriving at his scheduled time. Sal's team was thorough in removing everything and he even went above and beyond to help me with some last minute items. I highly recommend this company. If you're looking for a great price and top service, AAA Cheap Trash Hauling is the company to call! read more

This was the sleaziest and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. They dropped a bookshelf down my staircase, damaging my wall and stairs. Sal screamed and swore at his workers outside and then they all simply took off!! Mid job, no apologies. Just gone. I texted Sal after but no response. Do NOT hire this company. read more

Came on time and hauled away all our stuff even in the pouring rain. Kept in communication about when they would be there. Seemed to be priced fairy considering the other estimates I got. Got the job done quickly. Now I have a clean garage. read more

These guys are very fast and efficient. They had my gatage cleaned out within 30 minutes and were gone before I even k ew they had left. Fast friendly and affordable I will definitely call them again when I need trash removal. read more

I've used this service for years in Houston at our properties. This company is the first call on our list when we need things hauled away. They are accommodating and courteous. Their prices are excellent and they always clean up completely. Just used them today. They arrived on time as usual, kept me updated on status via text message and were all equipped with masks and told us their social distancing policy. If you need just about anything (including the kitchen sink) hauled away you can't go wrong with this company. read more

I called last night for a quote and they removed everything this afternoon. Great price too! I would definitely recommend them and use their services again! read more

I called ...they gave me a quote...after the fact they requested a lot more information. And when I questioned Them as to the additional info they wanted they accused me of being hostile and refused my pickup. All I can say is this is very poor customer service and there was no reason to be rude when I simply asked why. I would not recommend their services to anyone! read more

I had a great experience with Sal and Stephanie. They were fair in their quote and offered a senior citizen's discount for 50 years and older. That is a highly appreciated perk. Sal had me send his boss pictures of everything that I needed to have hauled. Once I did so, Sal responded within an hour with a quote, and he specifically stated that what he quoted would not change once he was on site. He explained how some of his competitors come with small containers and can't accommodate the needs of their clients and some will change the quote once they are on site. He assured me that his company does not do that. He was early to the job, personable, friendly and fit everything into the truck and trailer even though I couldn't see how it would all fit. He even swept up all the dirt that fell out from a cracked planter. I highly recommend AAA Cheap Trash Hauling for your hauling needs -- competitive pricing, timely, personable and fair. If I am hauling again, I will definitely be calling Sal and his team. Thank you Sal and Stephanie! read more

Fast and professional service. The communication leading up to the pickup was wonderful. Owners were friendly and extremely helpful.

Same day service, timely and polite. They even swept up our driveway after loading the debris. Great customer service!

Only giving one star since you can't give zero. Set up an appointment on Tuesday, 2/21/17, in the morning. They got over scheduled and asked if it could be moved to Wednesday, 2/22/17, in the morning. I know things happen, so I said that was fine. Come Wednesday morning I get a call that the driver that I had spoken to was in the hospital so they wouldn't be able to make it. Again, I know emergencies come up, they they take first place. I text the driver wishing him well since I know hospitals can suck. Get a call at 7pm on Wednesday night to tell me that they will be there between 7am and 9am the next day, Thursday. Well, come 7:48am on Thursday, 2/23/17, I get a text from the driver that it'll be between 9am and 10am now. I expressed a little concern due to the fact that I places to be at 11:30 that morning, and then the fun starts. It rolls around to 9:58am, not a sole in site, and I get a text from the driver saying he needs me to send him pictures of the stuff to send to his boss so they can come get it. I try calling the driver and the lady that called to tell me they would be there to try and reschedule. Neither of them answer keep sending me to voicemail. Finally come 10:34am the driver answers, and I kindly ask where they were since it was pushing the time I had to leave; he responds telling me they are on their was and I tried to ask how far away they were and he started blabbering something and then hung up the phone. I left my house after that, texted him again at 11:43am to ask if he was calling me back. No response, so come 2:13pm I tried calling him again to see if it was being rescheduled again. His answer was, and I quote, "we decided to not to do the fucking work because you're being a fucking asshole," and hung up the phone. These people, Sal Gambino and Stephanie Farkas, are a joke and I have found that people are actively perusing remediation for what they have done as a company, and I am following suit. Do not use them! Look up their other profile on here that has nothing but negative reviews except fake profiles that they made to try to brag about themselves. I personally went with the North Houston location of Junk King. I texted them at 10:55pm yesterday 2/23/17, the Thursday that this poor company was supposed to come in the morning, and got a response. They scheduled a time frame of 1pm to 2pm today, 2/24/17, showed up in the earlier part of it, beat the AAA price, were extremely professional and courteous, and hauled all the stuff away right then within 30 minutes. Definitely look them up if you're on the north side of town like me. read more

Called them to come pick up a ginormous pile of tree limbs and branches I had left from half of my tree suddenly falling. The pile took up a quarter of my driveway and since it was at the beginning of the month, I just couldn't wait all month for heavy trash day. Answered quickly and set up an appointment at 8 that evening. The gentleman who answered had me text him all my particulars, along with appointment time and date. That evening, I sat and waited on them, but THEY NEVER SHOWED! I called at 8:15 to find out what the hold up was and got their voice mail system. I left a voice mail. It's been a week and they still haven't returned my call. I called someone else to pick up the load. Don't deal with these people because they'll promise something and never even have the nerve to show. read more

I cancelled an appointment with another Junk Removal company because I was so impressed with the person I talked to at this place. The other company had a special to haul away 6 cubic yards of junk for $140. When I mentioned this to the person I spoke to on the phone, they told me they could do that amount of junk for between $75 and $95. They guaranteed me they had the best practices and prices in the area. So I scheduled an appointment and I received a text message an hour and a half before my appointment from an unknown number saying that they wouldn't be able to make it because of "operational problems". They said they could come on Tuesday or Wednesday. After deciding to give them another chance after that inconvenience, I called to reschedule and they said they were booked up for the week at that point. When I didn't confirm a new appointment, I got a voicemail a few minutes later saying that they could swing by for a quick estimate that same day all of a sudden. When I returned the call, I spoke with a gentleman (not sure if it was the same one I spoke to originally) and he asked what all I had to pick up. When I told him the same things I'd listed on the first phone call, he quoted me $195! One hundred dollars more than the phone quote I had received a few days earlier. I told them that I was going to contact the company I had my original appointment with as they had the $140 special and they wished me luck with no apologies. Terrible service. I called the other company, Trash n' Dash. They came out as promised and did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional and personable. read more

I see there's multiple entries people have made with slightly different spelling but who knows how that happens, Yelp is evil. Anyhoo, when it comes time to get the heck out of somewhere and time is of the essence, it's hard to say who's going to be available at any of these services that aren't corporate looking. First call was a broken English speaker wanting high dollar for 1/2 a pickup bed of stuff hauled away. Next guy wanted half as much but wasn't for sure on the schedule. Sal responded immediately and followed thru perfectly, at a competitive price. Make sure you have pics or an accurate description ready so you can get a realistic estimate, or Sal can come by to do the estimate. Electronics need to be mentioned, as they can't be dumped just anywhere. The world is full of flakes on both sides, Sal didn't flake, nor did we, so everything went smoothly. If he sounds very to the point, it's required in my view. Very pleased with how it went, I called remotely to arrange a meetup for he and my mom at a storage unit, again a smooth experience, on time, allow a little flexibility if he's dealing with traffic. Thanks Sal! read more

Very rude on the phone, I just wanted to get some information on how much it would cost to get rid of two sofa, 2 file cabnet, and 4 patio chairs. Not only did he gave me a price of $175 to get rid of these, he was rude, and he hung the phone up on me. Do not call... read more

Wow! DON'T call them! When I first called and spoke with Sal,he was very nice and quoted me a reasonable price. He told me to text him my info. I was late texting it, and so called him after I sent the text. He was then booked, so I re-scheduled . He texted me to confirm my appt. and then never showed! I called him and texted for 2 days. When we finally did speak, he never acknowledged not showing, and then told me that he wouldn't be able to re-schedule if I wasn't there. He never acknowledged not showing up for our appt! When I reminded him of this, he told me to call someone else. What a way to run a business! I am absolutely floored and sorry I wasted valuable time with this company. read more

Wow, I found these guys on a search engine and called the company before viewing the yelp reviews. I spoke with a gentleman at the company who sounded enthusiastic and personable at first. But as I spoke with him, more, he seemed to get upset that I was trying to get a ballpark or range of what the service would cost, instead telling me they had to see the items in person and the estimate was free. Then he told me they bring out a 30 yard dumpster. When I asked how much it would be if I filled the entire thing he said they can't price like that. He then told me I should call 1-800-get junk and hung up on me. SERIOUSLY??? THEN I checked out Yelp and saw the 1 star reviews. It all makes sense now. I would AVOID this company like the plague! They probably would have kept me waiting for hours and no showed. If they did show, I'm sure the cost would be exorbitant and I would have to call some one else. Either way it would have been a colossal waste of time. read more

I literally just got off the phone with these guys for an estimate. They told me $275 to remove a few potted plants. I said "Oh really?" I had no idea how much services are, that's why I'm getting a quote. This was my second quote and it was more than double my first one, so I was shocked. I guess he didn't like the way I said, "Oh really?" He said, yes it will take two guys. I said, "ok thanks." He said, "DON'T CALL BACK AGAIN, SHUT UP!" Wow. I guess he was having a bad day, but I thought that treatment was worthy of my very first Yelp review. read more

Quick, best price and pleasant people! Sal gave me a quote and came out the same evening to haul away a fridge we couldn't dispose of due to refrigerant. Very pleasant guy, even after he loaded that monster by himself. Thank you, we will definitely be referring friends and family as well as being a repeat customer when the need arises again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not keep their appointments and you will waste a lot of time. I came home early one day only to be called 90 minutes after the appointment that it would in the morning. I stayed home from work the following morning, only to be txt that it would 2 more days. WASTE OF TIME! Sal was the person who called or txt me - very unprofessional read more

I booked them for 9am today. I took a day off from my job. They called at 8:20 am to say "the driver assigned to you has road trouble, can we do it tomorrow?" I began to protest just a bit and the man - with whom I had booked the date, the man who had returned my call and booked the date with me - hung up on me. Need I say more? read more

Had an appointment scheduled last week for this company to come out to our site and remove trash from the building. We told them explicitly several times that they would have to be out there while a representative was on site during a four hour window. They agreed. I was given a fairly high price considering the work that needed to be done, but was told if they saw the work it could be less and if they could not remove certain items it would definitely be less by a few hundred dollars. On the day of the event they not only tried to go out to the site when our representative was going to be leaving after our window, but also that morning they tried to tell an associate we had agreed to the maximum price discussed previously. This is a very unreputable company, and I would suggest using someone else for your trash hauling needs. The owner even hung up on me when I told him I was not happy that they had blown their window and were trying to quote the higher price. DO NOT USE. read more

Great Service!! Sal and his team were very friendly and efficient! They did more than expected and his prices are extremely reasonable! They came to me with in a couple hours from my call and completed the job quickly! If I ever need anything hauled away he will be my first and only call! Great Job!!! read more

You will have to be flexible about the time (which can change). They worked so hard and super fast to help me get my mom's house empty, so she could sell it. She was a bit of a hoarder. The stuff she had collected was an unbelievable amount. They made several trips over a week and got ALL of it cleaned out for a great price! The price they charged can't be beaten. read more
