When P&G came, the worker dug the soil/mud until he found the leak and gave a very competitive estimate $250 (better than the other plumbers!) which included materials and labor as well as 1 year warranty. As promised, he was back first thing this morning with extra equipment and an extra guy. They were here for maybe an hour and our shower was draining again! Both guys were incredibly courteous and kind and explained what they were doing throughout the process. And I don't know how much money this usually costs, but the price did NOT break the bank, which was a huge relief during the holidays.
