I was quoted an extremely reasonable rate and together we formed a solid plan to solve the problem. He's a very capable guy that has expertise in several areas and a very talented team around him. I also had him do some electrical work for me. He offered several cost-saving suggestions and enhancements that could be done while we had things dug-up etc. Matt went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the work and that my expectations were met. Including cleaning up afterwards. To say I received great value for the money would be a gross understatement. I never imagined I could've received all I did for the price I paid, Including a healthy tip. . YB came out and quoted me $900 - $1200 to repair the leak not including the costs of sheetrock they were going to cut out. I declined and paid the $75 trip charge. I called GAP Plumbing who not only was able to repair the leak without cutting the sheetrock but charged me a grand total of $260. $50 for parts and $210 for labor. Be very careful if you choose this company. Do your research, don't just go by the reviews and don't let the owner talk you into paying a high price for a simple job. The job only took 90 minutes to finish. Do the math. The YB technician that came out was on time and polite and for this I added a star.

I will be contacting this company again very soon. Their work is fantastic!…read more I moved into my new home the latter part of May of this year. It was so beautiful, but the walls just didn't sit well with me. The colors didn't pop. I contacted a company my friend told me about first because she had been using them for years. I did a test run with the walls in my bathroom and the cabinets. I was so disappointed. The color was not what we agreed on and it took them two weeks to finish due to different issues popping up. I was fed up and contacted T&J Renovations after a quick google search. I sent them a message to get a quote and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out the same day to look over everything and we scheduled something for the following day. They were on time, friendly, and finished the same day...which is what I had expected from the previous company, but anywho...they were great! This company really turned my frown upside down. Even their prices were better than the previous company my friend told me about. Fast, friendly, efficient...what more can you ask for?
