They gave us more help then out actual insurance company. We got in a wreck with our Rv and it was totaled. Once it made it over to the tow lot, they offered their pickup truck to help move our belongings from our Rv to an Airbnb that we had to stay in until the insurance process was complete. Terrible customer service and wrecker service was coming home from working all night at hospital and hit a icy patch and went into ditch and blew a tire called AAA roadside service and they contacted this company was told they would be out by 11am this was 9:30 no one showed up at 11 so I got a call from a woman that works at this wrecker service say we can get out there today it will be Thursday before we can come out this is Tuessay--I told her I'm stranded in a ditch she didn't care she told me to flag someone down to help me and I did --called AAA and reported this company will call BBB tomorrow and report them -- if you call them wait 2 days for them to show up if at all -- never again read more

I was towed to the Huntsville location and do not be fooled by these reviews the people that handled my situation were rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. I cannot believe that people wrote good reviews about them. They withheld information so that I would have to pay more and laughed at my misfortune. This place is awesome! I woke up this morning to a flat tire I had no spare I called AAA and they dispatched these guys out. They called and told me they were headed to me and then about 20 minutes later the driver called to tell me he would be there soon. He arrived and apologized for being late which to me was not late at all I thought it was pretty quick and then he towed me to the tire shop. I rode with the driver and his truck was clean and he was very nice. We actually had conversation so it made my frustration from the flat tire first thing in the morning not seem so bad. I broke down on I45 a couple weeks ago and John Jr. stopped to help me out. The service was awesome. He is very professional and fair. I also had AAA so it was all covered for me. I couldn't believe how fast they got there and how quickly they got my car to the Porsche dealer in the Woodlands to be fixed. One of their tow trucks just accelerated quickly tans cut in front of me and hit their brakes. Normally I would let something like that go, but not when I have my 5 month old baby in the car!! For a tow company you would expect them to hire safe drivers. read more

Nobody likes having to be towed, right? Whether you broke down or had an accident, etc., it just kinda sucks. So I called a good friend for recommendations. Johnny Adamick's was his top recommendation, then he listed a few other local ones in case I wanted to shop around. I called Johnny Adamick's first and spoke with Walter. Then I called a few others just to research my options. Walter gave me the best quote right off the bat (by $50) and was great with me on the phone. Easy-going and straight-forward. Long story short, I hit a deer out of town and (probably) totaled my car. Uugh. I was already stressed about the whole situation, plus trying to figure out how to meet him at my car (which was on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere, dangit!!). But when I called Walter back, he said he could take care of it without needing me there (because it was front wheel drive). Then he waited until he got it back to Huntsville to call and do my payment over the phone! I cannot express how deeply grateful I am for Walter's help .... being stuck out of town with no car and having to trust other people to do the right thing, Walter came through for me in a major way!! Great man, exceptional customer service, a real blessing in this unexpected situation. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Johnny Adamick's for your towing needs. For what it's worth, I haven't done a Yelp review before, but wanted to do this one because of the exceptional service I received.
