Donald was our Superman! Went above and beyond to help us. Traveling up from Dallas my daughters car broke down. (We were on vacation from South Bend, Indiana.)A officer called this wrecker service which he highly recommended , " they go above and beyond." Donald was courteous, professional, friendly and kind. Picked us up from the hotel we had to stay at, right on time. Took us to a fabulous garage (Montgomery Automotive)and fixed the car. I was a little concerned about this company after reading all the Google reviews (that's what happens when you have to wait longer than expected, my only complaint). I cannot begin to express how important it is for any business to follow the law and for consumers to be aware of their rights. TDLR provides information on the rights all individuals in the state of Texas are entitled to. Please be aware that these laws pertain to private property towing and have been verified by Montgomery County Sheriff's Office before the writing of this review. With that being said, Jason Adamick's company blatantly disregards these in the most predatory manner possible, beginning with the first, which states, "If you return to your car and it is being hooked-up to a tow truck but IT IS NOT FULLY hooked up and ready for towing, you can keep your car WITHOUT paying a CHARGE. You do not need to prove ownership of the car in this instance." As soon as the tow truck pulled onto our street, my husband exited our condo to address the driver. Be mindful that--at this point--our vehicle was not, in any way, hooked-up to the tow truck. The driver insisted that my husband (the owner of the vehicle) had no right to stop the tow and that the vehicle would be removed and taken to the impound lot. We intended to call AAA to have it towed to its appropriate residential lot, but we were denied this option WHILE BEING PHYSICALLY PRESENT. This was the first violation. "If you return to your car and IT IS FULLY HOOKED UP, READY FOR TOWING, BUT HAS NOT LEFT THE PARKING LOT, you may keep your car but YOU MUST PAY A DROP FEE. You do not need to prove ownership of the car in this instance either." The second violation occurred almost immediately after the first. After the driver insisted on removing the vehicle, we were not offered (or allowed, rather) to pay a drop fee. Our complex has a dirt parking lot where vehicles of both residents and guests may be parked at any time around the back of the building (approximately 1000 feet). This exists in addition to assigned parking, and our truck remained parked here for months before it broke down in front of our garage. We requested to have it relocated to the back, expecting to pay a tow fee, regardless. We were denied this option as well. Item IV under Consumer Information about Towing states the following: "A consumer who has had a private property tow or any tow from a traffic accident is entitled to receive: A copy of the tow ticket. A towing company must prepare and issue a tow ticket for each nonconsent tow. A copy of the tow ticket must be given to the car owner, if the owner or operator is present and available at the time of the tow, and a copy delivered to the car storage facility. The tow ticket may only authorize charges directly related to towing the car. The tow ticket must itemize each charge and must characterize the fees using the identical fee structure stated in the towing company's nonconsent towing fee schedule on file with the VSF. The tow ticket must contain the licensed name of the towing company, publicly listed telephone number, towing company certificate of registration number, and the TDLR license number of the towing operator." The third violation is against the law stated above. We were not given a ticket or any official form, paperwork, etc. In addition to that, the company's owner Jason Adamick later informed us that they NEVER issue tickets for any private property towing. In conclusion, predatory towing is problematic in many ways, as it often targets those most vulnerable. Jason Adamick and the con artists he employs are not people of whom deserve your business. read more

The driver's name was Mr. Cliff Welch and he arrived 15 minutes before the ETA. He was kind, considerate and very professional. Will be requesting them again if I ever need a tow. read more

I've used this company ever since I moved here from Oklahoma and have found they are not the cheapest but learned fast cheap ain't experience and experience ain't cheap.. Friend was stuck she called around and found a cheap company to pull her car out of the ditch they hooked to her steering arm pulled it out one tire was straight the other bent all the way left cost about 600 dollars to fix I called Jason adamick's wrecker and the way he handled her car was with pride and experience, I promise the extra money you might pay is worth it... read more
