All manuals are in Spanish and we are having difficulty finding them in English through any Google search. Their fire and gas installations failed inspection. It cost $1500 to have all of the problems fixed, although they did cover that. The trailer had a massive amount of scratches when we received it and they just shrugged that off. The water heater is sub standard and the electrical connection on the outside of the trailer is worrisome since it isn't reinforced in any way and you can tell the pressure it takes to disconnect will eventually damage the trailer wall. I feel as if we've done business with people who aren't really qualified to put these units together.

I ask Andrea Rodrigue if she can send me a Quote before doing the background check and she said No we do background check first and if you don't get approved or don't sign a contract with us or don't want to continue for any reason we refund the background check money. So I ask Andrea if I see that the monthly payments are to much for me to agree to pay will I be refunded my money for the background and she sent me several messages saying that she yes I will refund the money and in the text messages she stated you can use this message as proof I said this. So I ended up doing the background check and got the quote and seen i couldn't continue and call and told her that it not going to work for me and she said I will return the funds but I never received my money back nor did I ever signed contract with them so they stole my money I ended up filing a dispute with my bank and I stole the money back from the bank. I then spoke with there manager ​Mario who agreed to give me back my money and never did. So he had Greily try to Push me into a contract that my lawyer told me to not sign because it was to many issues that they can take the trailer with for some of the smallest things. So I didn't sign I then had death in the family a few days later and I reached out to them again asking if they can return the funds so that I can help put my family member away and they answered and said yes but never returned the funds and then they stop answering the phones. I purchased an rv in August of 2025. Going through a divorce. Saw an ad on Facebook. Perfect 2…read morebedroom for my son and I. Drove 2 hours to view it. Was promised no soft spots by Michael(the owner) and a clean title by him and the ad on Facebook. I went and got a cashier for the total from the bank and purchased it the same day. On the bill of sale, I was charged for a cleaning fee and title transfer. When it was delivered 2 weeks later, we found the soft spot under the slide that was not slid out upon showing because they didn't have room to slide it out. The rv was not cleaned. I notified Michael and he said he did it himself with the cleaning crew. There was belongings and paperwork from the previous owners still in it. I contacted Michaels multiple times afterwards for my title because I hadn't received it. In January of 2026, I had to file a claim with my insurance. I tried calling the office and received the run around, and Michael was never there. How is the owner never available. I drove two hours there and sat for hours. Told by another manager that when I start threatening with fraud and lawyers, they stop talking. He avoided my attorney via phone and emails, once told my attorney he was unaware I needed my title. She informed him that she paid it off therefore it is hers. I contacted Michael again, last words from Michael was "please don't get your lawyer involved, let me make this right!) Almost a year later after my purchase, multiple emails and phone calls, I am still without a title and it has never been transferred into my name like they promised. It is still registered to the previous owners. Come to find out through multiple calls, the rv I purchased may have a salvage title that was not disclosed but was guaranteed a "clean title". I find very unprofessional that they were so eager to take my money for an rv that was supposed to be a new start for us and I was taken advantage of. Do not take their word and do not purchase from this company. They are not honest about their loyalty.
