I waited 2 days before finally calling the glass doctor office and was sent my quote. Almost $800 for the replacement, which was a fair price and I put down the deposit for half of the total cost. Window was ordered and told 10 days it would be installed. 10 days goes by and nothing. Finally after 3 weeks glass arrives and guess what, it's too small. Had to wait another 2 weeks and now the glass fits, but is dirty in between the 2 panes. Tech installed the dirty glass and I haven't heard from them since. On the southwest side it is close to the tollway. I had already been communicating via text with my salesman Dammy, and I was able to coordinate a test drive and the hours he worked. Drove up and the car was waiting for us. Took a look at vehicle thoroughly and decided it was not what I was looking for. However Dammy actually took the time to listen and searched his inventory for a newly listed model that was practically brand new. I test drove it and decided that I wanted the vehicle and immediately went inside around 6:30 pm to make a deal. They close at 8pm. Dammy did not waste any time making the deal work for us. Went to finance with Ryan and was out the door at 8:25 pm very happy! The guys here are very respectable and not pushy. I was especially happy with the service and clear communication throughout the entire process. We came back the next day to pick up my car and everything was ready including the new license plates which Dammy took the time to install himself. Overall a great place to buy!

One of the wheel covers was missing, he said he would replace or give me a $100 to buy a new one. Day of sale i asked him where's my money? He said oh I will get it to you! This is long worth the read. I called the business at 7 am on Friday 7/5/24 to replace my front passenger window that was broken the night before. I provided my year make and model, and was told the glass was in stock and I could come in at 7:30 for installation for a total price of $350. I arrived and handed my keys over and they took my car to the garage. I waited outside and talked on the phone the entire time. At 10 am the owner asked that I come inside and said there was an issue. He stated that the glass did not fit my car. I asked how that was possible and he said even though I told him I had a 2021 Mercedes, he ordered the glass for a 2020 because that's all that was in stock. He said it should fit seeing that it's the same car. When I advised him that the body style of the car changed in 2021, he switched his story and said the glass will only fit if ordered from Mercedes and that no after market glass would work. I asked if this only applied to the front glass, as I had just had my back glass replaced 2 months prior. His response was that no this is something new that Mercedes is doing. He stated that he could get the glass from Mercedes the next day but my price had now doubled. I just had a glass replaced 2 months prior and knew this information was false, and the owner was not trying to accept accountability for ordering a 2020 glass for a 2021 vehicle, thinking it would fit. I asked for a moment to step out and make a few calls. I called the glass shop that I previously visited and they had my glass in stock, and mentioned nothing of a new Mercedes policy. When I returned inside there was other guests that he was assisting. I took a seat on the sofa and waited . When he finished with his other customers I asked if my keys were already in the car. He said yes, but why? I stated that I found someone else who has my glass in stock today, as I can't wait until tomorrow. He rudely responds, "Well I hope you know you owe me $75". When I asked what the $75 was for he said to vacuum the glass up and labor for trying to install the glass. I offered to pay $25 for the vacuum because I should pay for labor when you knowingly ordered the incorrect year model glass, you could have damaged my window. He began to yell at me and stated he would be keeping my car keys until I paid. Why am I paying for your mistake? I explained the situation and that if he had told me on the phone he did not have a 2021 glass I would not have came, but he instead attempted to make a 2020 work. He seemed to not have a good response to that and instead yelled. "Call the cops and have her arrested" to his employees and the other guests. Arrested for what? I was calm the entire time and trying to negotiate. He said I would be arrested for being loud and disrespectful which I had not been. I immediately knew this was not about $75 but about me fact checking the lies you told and you being embarrassed that you were caught lying. He repeatedly yelled call the cops and no one budged. Why can't you call them? Need someone else to do your dirty work so it seems like you're not the only one complaining. When I stepped outside to call the cops myself, his employees handed me my keys and said " I pulled your car around, get out of here" Even your employees knew you were wrong and having an ego trip. You treated me poorly for no reason, disrespected me for no reason, and wanted to have me sent to jail because of your fragile ego. You wasted hours of my time and then got mad when you could not get over on me. I give your employees a 5 star review. They are respectable and did the right thing at the end of the day. But the owner should be ashamed and embarrassed of his behavior. And if the owner wants to dispute this, release the footage with audio. Another glass shop installed my 2021 glass the same day and it fit, aftermarket.

(Can confirm they can help you if you park in an apartment garage and don't have a driveway). He was very thorough in explaining what he was seeing with the inspection as well as after the service was completed. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I got my front brake pads, front rotors, and brake fluid changed for about $530 including tax (after the discount). There is the added convenience of them coming to you as well, and the whole service took about an hour, during which time I was able to wait in my own home.
