I purchased a Honda Recon from here. They failed to properly test it before selling it. The unit would not idle even after I adjusted the carb. The light didn't work. It is electric shift and will only start in neutral. The unit would die in gear and then not allow a shift to neutral. I asked the general manager to call me. He takes 24 hours to get back to me. Feeds me BS about calling earlier( no record in my phone) Carlos takes no responsibility for the problem. It is all Honda's fault. He just sells them. Then tries to tell me I bought the wrong unit for my application . More BS. Stay away from this dealer. Very poor at assembly/ prep. No customer service. read more

Great dealership, they pack in a lot of inventory. Chase was a great salesman and the service department made sure the bike was checked out before I rode it away. They changed the battery after completing their post sale inspection. I can't say I've ever been to a dealer with so many special model bikes to gaze at. First ever Ducati I've purchased and they had such a great preowned inventory. I highly suggest everyone check out v1moto. Chase was super nice salesman and the dealership also does track day at koda once a year. Just the amount of special model Ducati bikes and all the new v4 s they had was astonishing. I really was blown away. They offered me water coffee etc while waiting for approval more than once. I really had to hold back my excitement for being able to stare at so many special motorcycles in one place. This place is much more than just a Ducati and honda dealer. V1 Moto is like an aged Texas ribeye with a filet mignon taste. The location looks nondescript, but enter and you are greeted with the Shangri-la of local motorcycle racing. They normally do not work on older model bikes, but I called and gave them my bike information and only needed an oil change so they told me to bring my bike in and they would take a look. The waiting area offers plush seating with supple leather, tv, water and an expresso machine while you wait with racks to hang up your gear. In addition, you are treated to a plexiglass view of the garage of bike maintenance in progress. Walk to the front and it opens up to an assortment of racing leathers, gear and a beautiful showroom floor of bikes begging to be taken to the track. Of course they have a showroom to the side exclusively for the Ducati aficionado. If you are heading to track days at COTA and need a second glance for tech inspections stop through. read more

I bought a used Ducati in Louisiana and V1 was recommended from the seller. Glad I live in Houston and was able to drop my bike off to these guys for an important service. Being a first time Ducati owner everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and explained everything. Service was top notch, bike hasn't run better, and most of all everyone is nice and seems trustworthy. Not to mention their showroom is insane. Definitely recommend if you have a Duc or Honda. Great place read more

If you are going to buy a motorcycle, do yourself a favor come by here and check out their bikes. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. We (my wife and I) had been going to different motorcycle dealerships all day just looking at different motorcycles, with no real intent on buying anytime soon. When we arrived at this dealership, we were greeted by Fabio, he gave us a quick run down of what was where and let us look around without hovering. He then came by later to answer any questions and explained the differences between some of the models for us. Since I was looking for a used bike, he let me know which bike he had that you thought was a good deal and was actually what I was looking for. After we looked around, we left the dealership and we were never pressured at any point, which was a relief to me. I hate dealing with pushy salesmen and I didn't have to deal with that here. I ended up going back the next day since the deal he had was really too hard to resist. read more

V1 Moto have a good sales department, but their service department is atrocious. I cannot stress this enough. I took my 2015 1299 Panigale (9k miles) to them in December 2021 because the bike died and the display lit up like a Christmas tree. After several weeks, they charged me over $300 for a new battery and citing a "bad fuse". This is ridiculous as fuses are there to protect a faulty component. Anyway, I couldn't argue as the bike was running. I took it home and once again, it died in the same manner. I took it back and repeated this process another two times, with V1 eventually stating that I needed a new $2-3,000 wiring harness because allegedly there is a fault in the harness "somewhere", also slighting my bike as "it's old". (They even broke one of the tabs on the main fairing, but couldn't care less when I highlighted this.) Disgusted by their lack of customer service and due diligence, I took the bike home and with another engineer colleague (I'm a licensed Professional Engineer), we traced the fault in 30 minutes to a faulty oxygen sensor. $200 later, the new sensor was in place with the bike running just fine, thank you very much. I'm annoyed as I should have done this in the first place. To say I'm disgusted with the level of service from V1 Moto's service department, how much they charged me, and their general incompetence, is an understatement. I will NEVER take any of my motorcycles there for ANY type of service work. In my experience, they are unhelpful, rude and unable to complete basic troubleshooting tasks, let alone work on complex machinery. (Bear in mind that if I had ordered the wiring harness and spent thousands of dollars having them replace it, as they recommended, the fuse would still have blown immediately when they connected the faulty sensor). Based on my opinion and experience with other dealerships, V1 Moto should not be a Ducati certified service location. You have been warned; in addition to the other negative reviews listed here. I have absolutely no faith in V1 Moto's service department. read more

This is how motorcycle service should be. I drop off my bike, they fix it. Normally a one day turn around. They are nice, and take a few minutes to chat about your bike, or motorcycling in general. Most importantly, they fix your bike right, the first time. They sell new Hondas and Ducati's as well as watercraft. There is also a nice used bike shop in the back. I've purchased both new and used bikes here, and have been happy with the deal & the service after the sale. Also a good place to come by and view the latest models. Upstairs they have a great collection of older Honda's. Not quite a museum, but almost. They also host group rides and mixers from time to time. My husband and I went there, as we walked in there were 3 salesmen standing there talking 1 at a desk, 1 at the parts counter, and 1 or 2 in the back. Not one of them said hello, welcome, can I help you, or anything. We looked at a couple of bikes for me (looking to buy) , after about 30 minutes of looking and no one helping us we went to the parts counter, were the guy there acted like we were disturbing him, to try and buy a part for my husband's Honda bike. He dismissed us saying he would have to order the part and it would not be there until after lunch tomorrow, when my husband call there the day before and was told they had that part in stock. With all of that we decide to leave and on the way out my husband stopped at the salesman still standing in the same place as when we walked in and said thanks for all y'alls help you missed out on a sale my wife was going to get a bike. Then they all want to walk up and try to calm my husband down and of course that was to late. We walked out. This place has the worst customer service across all departments. read more

Trying to buy a used bike from these guys is like pulling teeth. I'm in CA and asking about the bike and also to have it shipped. They're not interested in explaining the bike details, nor about the prior bike ownership or service history. No way to get detailed pictures sent over concerns I have."my camera broke so...." em, use a phone or get another camera - jeez. Never once asked for my name or number. I called three times and each time was greeted with minimalist grunts and conversation. Way to go sales team. I am new to bikes and riding in general. I just happened by today and decided to stop in. Mike the accessory manager spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions on helmets, jackets, gloves, bike covers and locks. He did it all with a smile and had great input. I told him I was going to shop his prices online and he said "no problem, all I ask is for a shot to match the price." Well I did and he stayed true to his word! I placed my order, with Mike, via phone for a helmet, gloves, jacket and cover. NEVER I repeat Never go here I traded in my Escalade back in February of 2019 and they were supposed to send me the plates off of it here it is almost November and they are still driving it with my plates on it on toll roads and they've racked up over 40 till road tickets and traffic tickets with my plate on it I have contacted them several times to remove my plate and they still have not their customer service is horrendous and they don't do anything to take care of their customer's read more

Gave them all my information and they stated they would get bike right away on Saturday. Tuesday I called back to get an update and was told they would call me back in 10 minutes. Thursday called and said they would call right back and had all the numbers. I am not begging for you to take my money. Fantastic buying experience! I purchased a pre-owned bike from out of state. There were plenty of photos online to view. The price was great and all other costs were clearly stated up front. Luis made the long-distance purchase very easy and efficient. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was treated like a good friend. Fabio and Luis treated me great!
