Today is the one-year anniversary of when Tomball saved and restored my 2012 F-250 truck. It still runs and looks amazing. Truthfully, it looks better than before the collision and we couldn't be more grateful. They have a caring staff who went above and beyond to get our truck back to us before my birthday request and then made it happen. Thank you, thank you. Y'all are the best. Tomball Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Tomball, Texas

A few months ago I stopped by this shop to see if someone could help me with an emblem letter that was knocked off my car when I closed the garage door on by accident. I had the letter, I just needed it glued on professionally. I decided to try this place out on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised at the service. The young man at the desk had a tech glue it back on saving me about 100 dollars for a new kit through the dealership. This was during the World Cup and they had a spread of snacks and I was offered some. Even though I wasn't a paying customer I'll aways remember how I was treated. That's a really good thing. I waited a while to post this great review because I wanted to be sure the letter would stay glued on. It has. My car has been through the car wash several times and it's still there. Way to go Tomball Collision! This is how you gain customers. Although this was a VERY simple thing, I was taken care of like I was a paying customer. Just great service. I appreciate you. Thank you! read more

Great company! Quality work and they definitely value their customers. Only collision shop I trust for my repairs!

Was told to bring my 24 f250 here by tomball ford because ford doesn't have a in-house body shop. At first all the work was done well... up until i pick my truck up when the work was "completed". Paint was cloudy. Had bubbles, runs and chips. Paint was flaking in some areas. It looked like they tried to sand some parts of the paint but didn't bother to take the sanding marks out before letting it go. Also they replaced the passenger side doors and now they don't close correctly, you have to literally slam them for them to close properly. Also they scratched the inside of the door, first claiming it was already there, after looking at pictures, they confirmed they did cause the damage but refuse to replace the part. they insist they repair the inside but knowing how they work and how it can possibly not be 100% back to factory i refused the repair instead told them i need to get it replaced. They tried to go through insurance for something they damaged but got denied... Don't bring your vehicles here they will rush, and probably mess something else up trying to repair your car. Also will disassemble your car and leave it outside wrapped in plastic and allowing moisture to get in and some metal is gonna start to rust, (happened to me also). Do your research before coming here i wish i did. read more

This place will lie to your face do not trust them. I'm certain we're going to court and I haven't picked up the truck yet. Heather lied straight to my face, do not trust these people. Remember, they hire companies to post reviews for them. It's a shame for honest repair shops. read more

This place is horrible! I was referred here by Tomball Dodge, Do not bring your vehicle here. Heather (helped) me They are scammers and will try to mess you over, I was approved to get all four doors replaced and painted but Tomball Collision told me it was 2. Remind you this took almost a year to get approved, then told me well we are going to have to resubmit the claim. That when I was fed up so I took my car to Dodge Jeep on 290 and Mary helped me and the same day she referred me to A1 Collision on Louette. Thy were so professional and had my car in within a week. Marco was fantastic, very trust worthy company! Kept me updated with no worries. read more

-0 criminals I had an absolutely terrible experience with Tomball Collision. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The customer service was atrocious--rude and unhelpful at every turn. They promised my car would be ready within a week, but it took over three months with zero communication from them. Overall, Tomball Collision was unprofessional, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

The new owners are great! The services were quick and reliable. I would highly recommend Tomball Collision to anyone needing auto repair work. I had a car accident the first week of january. About 5 mins after I had spoken to 911 dispatch, 2 tow truck drivers (ASK tow) appeared...which I thought was suspicious because I nor the other driver called them. Later found out he owns tomball collision. Anyway the tow truck driver convinced me to have my car brought to Tomball Ford Collision, which was really just Tomball Collision. He added Ford (the make of my car) to make me more comfortable to have them work on my car. Against my better judgment, I allowed them to do the necessay repairs. My overall experience with tomball collision was beyond poor & I wish I had researched them prior to saying yes but hopefully this will save others the trouble. The shop is unprofessional & has no integrity. The adjuster for my claim was Aaron. Initially my car was supposed to take 3 weeks after insurance approval. Aaron told me on several occassions that my car would be ready on a specified day & it was not. He waited until the car was complete to send the final estimate to the insurance company which prolonged pick up an additional 5 days. He failed to take pics of damage that he submitted to the insurance company which made it hard for them to rule whether they would pay for it or not. Once I received my vehicle, I noticed the LED lights were the same as the ones on my car prior to the accident but the insurance company paid for full replacement. He denied the ins company paid for it but i have proff on the estimate. I also asked for receipts of all parts purchased & guess what I never received them. Every time I call, front desk says hes busy & he never returns calls. I've never had this experience with a shop & I will NEVER bring my vehicle there again. Do your research & go with a shop thats approved by insurance. This company is only out for insurance dollars. read more

I had a very good experience with this establishment. I would recommend this business to everyone. My car was badly damaged they did a terrific job on my car. Chris was very nice and helpful every time I spoke with him. Even though the parts were on back order I still got my car back fairly quick. Thank you so much for a beautiful job. Great Job! read more

So I brought my daughters car in for some minor repairs and it took till week 2 before anything was done. With that being said I did all the doing. I had to play mediator between them and the insurance company to get any thing rolling on repairs. Instead of taking the initiave they sat on their hands and waited for a response from the insurance company. After several phone calls and 4 weeks it still wasnt complete missing emblems. You would figure being in the business their in they would plan ahead at least a little. I will add that the insurance company we had to deal with was not better in their business practices. It seems customer service is a thing of the past. I do not recomend this body shop unless you got them time to waste read more

Very Relible, Professional, and Very Informative. Will call customer to update them with a status update

I had brought my vehicle here through a friend after a wreck, still isn't fixed as of today and it has been since February. They say it's "drivable" wasn't drivable when I tried to come to a stop on the freeway and it would not stop. Wrecked. So, my insurance and I are filing against this collision shop. So thanks a whole lot for "fixing" my vehicle that's evidentially "drivable". Now I have to get it refixed and go through rentals all over again, because Tomball Collision could not take the time to do it the first time. Now I'm very hurt and a first responder. So I'm severely pissed. read more

Was involved in a car accident over a month ago and still do not have my vehicle. Was supposed to pick my vehicle up today and was advised that they are still waiting on parts. You would think a company would call you to provide updates on their progress, well not here. You have to call every other day to get a response of "it's not ready." One of the worst experiences I have received from an auto body shop. If you want your car fixed quickly, Tomball is the wrong place to go! read more

I took my car to Tomball Collision after an accident. The whole staff was very professional and courteous. The body work looks good as new. There were small eraser size nicks on 2 areas when we looked the car over- they fixed them right then. True top notch service- fast and dependable. Highly recommend!! read more
