I called the corporate office to get reimbursed the difference and they said no. Didn't matter that I was lied to. One of the charges was just charged and is still processing and has been unused even and they would not even take that charge back. This company deals fraudulently. Also, their vacuums are always clogged and won't suck up anything and the back of my suv isn't ever cleaned well, still filthy after washing.

No complaints there -- the car looked great. But the interior is where things keep falling short. They clearly vacuum well, but wiping things down seems to get skipped every single time. Last visit they even left the marker writing they put on the window still there after the wash, so I figured maybe it was just an off day. Nope. The wait time is also super long, which makes you think there'd be some sort of quality check before handing the car back over, but unfortunately that hasn't been the case. I have gone back three times since the management change and it just isn't good. The glass will have streaks and water marks.
