I was told before I took the car that another part the brake vacumm sensor had to be ordered from Germany It was also noted that the brake vacuum sensor had a malfunction. When the part arrived they put it on my car. The warning light issue was resolved, however last week February 16 7 weeks later the brake warning light came on again. After reading Euro Car Care reviews I knew for sure that my car was not repaired properly. The brake vacucum sensor was not put on properly and the wheels locked on my car and I had to have my car towed to Mercedes Benz of Sugarland. The repair cost $4558.43. Due to Euro Car Care's incompetent mechanics. My advice is never take your care there it would be a huge mistake. Never do business with them.

Diagnosing internal transmission components requires removing and opening the transmission, which they did not do. They also did not perform any of the standard hydraulic diagnostic steps such as checking the master cylinder, slave cylinder, push rod, fluid level, pedal travel, or engagement point. No explanation was given for how any of the listed issues were identified. The real problem turned out to be hydraulic and was repaired elsewhere. The Jeep is now running perfectly, which confirms that the issues listed in Brown's estimate were not based on proper inspection or testing. I would not recommend this place.

Since then, I always have a burning oil smell after they change my oil. Also, when my starter was going out, they thought it was because my battery was too weak so they changed my battery to a more expensive gel battery and didn't give me credit for my perfectly fine battery that they removed until I later complained. (They then only gave me a $20 credit). Later, the gel battery they installed gave out after only 1 year and 3 months of service. I was stranded out of town when it happened and Corb's would not give me any kind of credit for bringing the battery back. I will no longer recommend anyone to go here after these continued bad experiences.

I have spent months trying to source OEM replacements myself, and the cost is significantly higher than what the shop offered. The shop has refused to cover the proper OEM repair. This review is not about the repair being difficult -- it's about the lack of accountability and the refusal to restore the vehicle to its original condition after causing visible damage during their work. If you care about your vehicle's interior, especially OEM trim, I would strongly recommend choosing a different shop. UPDATE: Response - There was no detailed discussion or explanation of specific interior trim risks before the work. - I was never presented with or asked to sign any disclaimer regarding interior damage.
