Since then, I always have a burning oil smell after they change my oil. Also, when my starter was going out, they thought it was because my battery was too weak so they changed my battery to a more expensive gel battery and didn't give me credit for my perfectly fine battery that they removed until I later complained. (They then only gave me a $20 credit). Later, the gel battery they installed gave out after only 1 year and 3 months of service. I was stranded out of town when it happened and Corb's would not give me any kind of credit for bringing the battery back. I will no longer recommend anyone to go here after these continued bad experiences.

I am ecstatic to say, that due to my experience with USA Auto Repair and Body Shop, I feel beyond OBLIGATED to leave a stellar review! Accidents happen, but it stings worse when they're avoidable and especially when they're self-inflicted. While parking my GMC Denali Crew cab, I failed to see the steel post buried in the concrete, that was below the hood line on my passenger side, while picking up my wife at the airport. I pulled further to the right, to give another vehicle more room to pull around, and this post began cutting through my headlight, running light, bumper, quarter panel, and a significant amount of other material until it almost reached my tire. Shockingly, there was very little resistance! I contacted the dealership and based upon my description, they said I was looking at about $18,000 of damage! I immediately took the truck to another "National" brand, and they felt I was looking closer to $12,000. I talked to ChatGpt and it confirmed the estimates were likely "in line", but said to find a locally owned/stand-alone repair shop. I read Reviews about USA Auto Repair and decided to give it a shot. I called and spoke with Deana and must say, I was "blown away" by her depth of knowledge around what I described and her guesstimate of what others had quoted me. She asked that I bring the vehicle up and she'd give me a more detailed and accurate estimate. She did and immediately saved me $1,000's when compared to the other places! She asked if I'd mind after-market replacements, because it could save more money versus OEM. She said "Women love to shop, so let me see what I can do". She called me that evening (as promised) and saved me almost $2,000 more! Deana exudes character and integrity, so I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle and expecting her to stand by her word. My vehicle was ready when promised (exactly 1 week), and I SWEAR it looks like it did on my day of purchase, with 6 miles on the odometer. Sorry for the diatribe, but USA Auto Repair and Body Shop have won my trust and my business for life. The professionalism I experienced, updates throughout the process, completion when promised and an outcome that took my breath away, deserves the attention and appreciation. Thank you to Deana and ALL the employees I dealt with from drop off to delivery. DO NOT trick yourself into believing that a big name brand collision repair shop is the best route. Deana and group over delivered on all promises, far and above any of my expectations. One final thing. If you'd like to speak to me about this experience, I'd be happy to. Work is impeccable and I can feel that they are so honest in their estimate and the service is white glove. My car was returned clean inside and out! My headlights were taken apart and polished for better vision (What a great idea for a collision center to allow the driver to see better). They installed the repaired tipm, and when that didn't fix the problem, they told me I need to pick up my car pay them $1000 for trying and they refused to do any more work. Based on their advice, I ordered a brand new tipm for several hundred dollars and had the dealership install it, which had no effect on the issue. That puts me at around $2000 that I spent by taking my vehicle to toy tech. Rude owner, and incompetent mechanics. I am currently looking into whether I can file a small claim against this company.

When they finally contacted me, they provided a $1,403 estimate claiming internal transmission issues such as "shift bushings needing replacement," along with clutch and slave cylinder labor. Diagnosing internal transmission components requires removing and opening the transmission, which they did not do. They also did not perform any of the standard hydraulic diagnostic steps such as checking the master cylinder, slave cylinder, push rod, fluid level, pedal travel, or engagement point. No explanation was given for how any of the listed issues were identified. The real problem turned out to be hydraulic and was repaired elsewhere. The Jeep is now running perfectly, which confirms that the issues listed in Brown's estimate were not based on proper inspection or testing. I would not recommend this place.
