    What a great staff! I'm satisfied to say, anyone who walks In that door will walk out smiling just a little bit more when they have shiny keys for a new toy. I'm impressed with sales team. Specifically my man, Josh. He helped me throughout the whole entire process, while We kept most communication through text, which was hella convenient for me. He also picked up the phone too! "Kudos" to you, sir! He kept me up to date with all and any new developments when finalizing on my new sale of the 2022 Kawasaki (Klaxon) KLX 300 Dual Sport. I was in shock I had been able to go get something so easily, and when I was finished signing for my new dirt bike, I realized this little bad boy takes the cake, Um...literally!!! The Mancuso Team in Houston got me a MF chocolate cake to celebrate my new purchase! Chocolate is the bomb.com too! Thanks! Team Mancuso y'all are bada** and keep up the 5 Star Service!

    So i happen to be a new rider and mancuso decided to take advantage of that and charged me 243$ for a oil change on a ninja 650 isac saenz is the one who "took care of me" i do highly recommend cycle gear tho people are very helpful and always go above and beyond in my experience first and last time going to mancuso's

    Could put cover on sling due to rain

    This is the worst service i've in my life and i've walked this earth for 55 years. Polaris Slingshot Team Mancuso Powersports North this the 45 N location only I'm sharing my experience at team mancuso on 45N houston, tx. I went in for a service and due to a engine light on I believed was due to overheating. I dropped the vehicle off at 9am Thursday morning. I explained the problem I was having to service department with overheating. The team stated they would check it out for me. I received numerous calls explaining that everything looked fine and both fans were working but it seemed to be overheating. The service department explained I could put ice freeze and raditor to help cool it down for $300. I stated, "Ok I will try that". Then he stated they could not do it that day but i could buy the product and schedule another day. I said, "Thats alright just service the vehicle". This is when the problem started. It begin to rain really bad in the Houston area so I called the dealership to ask them to hold the vehicle until next day due to the weather and explained I felt un safe to ride home in slingshot. The service department stated they could not promise to keep vehicle inside but they could park it outside. My response, " No sir can I speak to manager". I did not want the slingshot out in the rain because I lights, stereo, and aftermart items that I did not want to get rained on. When i spoke to Manager, Steven. He stated same response as service department. So i told him i will pick it up. When i arrived at dealership slingshot was outside and it was extremely wet. So I went inside, paid for my service fees, and asked for the keys. When i sat in my slingshot it was soaked with water and two warning lights appeared. These lights were not on when I initially dropped off the slingshot. I went back in to service department and explained the problem. They then took sling back inside to check it out. At that time i stood inside and watched them look at the slingshot. Joey, the service manager, and Polaris employees continued to run test on it. They couldn't resolve the issue and Joey explained that he could not fix the issue at that time and I could take it too another dealership to get it repaired. Joey stated it was not their problem because when they put it outside the lights were not on. I explained I'm not taking the slingshot home and they need to fix the issues. He went back and forth explaining it was not their problem due to electronics. He said thats my problem and my fault. I asked to speak to GM. I went inside to speak with the team and they then put slingshot back in the rain. My wife have a video and I will share it with you all. As the GM approached my wife and I, I explained my problem and all he could say is "It's not their problem and it's because the electronics I have on the slingshot caused the problem". I explained this can't be true. I've had my slingshot in the rain and this did not happen. I am asked to keep it, check it out, and fix the service lights. The GM explained it wads a electrical issues because of lights and stereo. I explained that I only take my slingshot to Alexander Restrepo from House of sound car audio and I have not experienced any problems. I immediately called Alex but GM did not want to speak them him. My wife walked into the shop and asked why they put sling in rain, why would they do the vehicle like that, and GM and Joey continued to blame me. They did not try to resolve the issue or try to keep it to run test. They did not show any remorse and did not want to help me as a customer. I explained I purchased my sling from here and this is my shop. The GM continued to say it was because of the electronics. I believe this is the worst experience I ever had with any shop or business. I will never do business at @team mancuso on 45N houston, tx. 1. They should be apologetic and try to make it right instead of blame customer. 2. Keep slingshot to run test to fix problems. 3. This place is totally disrespectful and unprofessional 4. When you are a customer management should try to handle the problem you have when you arriving at the shop 5 I have two warning lights on and also says "shifting is not allow" If you are in slingshot community don't take your slingshot there because they do not care. Furthermore, they did not tell me they did not have a slingshot tech. I called another location to verify the information that the GM and Joey stated. They stated this is not true and said I would have had a problem when electonics was first installed. I have had the electronics installed for almost a year. I have an appointment with another location on Wednesday to check out the problems. At this time Team Mancuso 45N HAS NOT reached out to me. Can someone please call me or help me resolve this issue.     Dropped off my 2008 ZX6R Kawasaki Ninja 2 weeks ago for a new shift gear bracket and replace my worn grips. Today I go into Power sports North only to find my bracket was replaced but my grips were too tight and the throttle wouldn't budge. Looked at the mileage and no one had even TEST RODE my motorcycle. NO ONE HAS FIXED IT GM STILL HAD NOT ARRIVED AFTER 30 Minutes of me waiting. UPDATE Completed full service, fixed issues and test rode 19 miles... Raspberry is up and running $850 later.

    I heard some rough stories about Team Mancuso, but I believe everybody has a rough day once in and a while. Called other dealers in the area and their prices for a Yuasa battery were ridiculous to say the least so I called Team Mancuso and luckily that had my particular battery in stock for a decent price. I go to the parts department and they have the battery, BUT it is not activated. If you have changed a motorcycle battery a few times then you know it must be activated for the initial charge and you do not have to have a degree in Chemistry, but you do not want to make any mistakes seeing that you will literally be sitting on top of the battery with your precious packages separated by foam and plastic, which I totally forgot. The guy from the parts department told me no problem, they could activate and charge it in a couple of hours. Viola, up and riding a few hours later! If you are coming from I-45 South(Texas wannabee racers) save yourself the headache and get off at the early freeway exit to give yourself time reach the store on the corner.
