While the salesman was awesome we can't give this location more than two star as the overall experience fell far below our expectations. There were multiple issues throughout the process, starting with the excessive amount of time it took just to put fluids in the bike and install a battery. What should have been a straightforward process turned into hours of waiting around. We were also quoted an outrageous price to install a camera on the bike before leaving. I ended up installing it myself in about five minutes while sitting on the showroom floor, which honestly just added insult to injury. On top of that, the registration stickers were never sent to us. After quite a bit of time passed, we finally received a call asking if we planned to pick them up, despite this being the first time anyone had even mentioned they were there. From our very first contact, we made it clear that we were from out of town and had specifically been told they would be mailed. What should have been an exciting and memorable day turned into a frustrating seven-hour ordeal filled with poor communication, unnecessary delays, and lack of follow-through. To top it all off, they don't even sell gremlin bells. read more

What a great staff! I'm satisfied to say, anyone who walks In that door will walk out smiling just a little bit more when they have shiny keys for a new toy. I'm impressed with sales team. Specifically my man, Josh. He helped me throughout the whole entire process, while We kept most communication through text, which was hella convenient for me. He also picked up the phone too! "Kudos" to you, sir! He kept me up to date with all and any new developments when finalizing on my new sale of the 2022 Kawasaki (Klaxon) KLX 300 Dual Sport. I was in shock I had been able to go get something so easily, and when I was finished signing for my new dirt bike, I realized this little bad boy takes the cake, Um...literally!!! The sales manger there is a complete joke, very rude, brushes me off, evades questions, don't care to get the answers. I'm looking to buy and want to buy but have questions. They have a 2014 Yamaha wave-runner vx deluxe listed for $3,847 on their website. When I inquired about the ski they told it me it would be almost 6,500 out the door. I asked why the price increase. 1. Trailer 2. ttl 3. "Service" When I asked if it came with warranty the warranty was extra. when I asked what the cash price was for the ski alone. They told me initially it was $4915. When I asked why is it so much more then the posted price, they said because of ttl and service. But yet I asked for just the ski alone. they said $4200 best offer they could do as is cash price. Doing the math of TTL which is 8.25%, title fee $33, registration of $60 comes out to $410.38 so add that into the price of the ski and you have $4257.38 that leaves $657.62 for service. however when I called the service department they said to preform service on it would be $375 with no parts. so if it don't need anything that's just $282.62 I eat? and if it does need something does the price increase or do they even let me know what it needs? Hypothetically lets say it needs &500-$1000 worth of work. do they say the ski is fine and sell it to me? Or do they fix it and cover the cost or do they charge me more? that was my question but rushed off the phone and sent a credit app without answering my questions... I believe the deal is fair on the ski but least the manager could do was answer my questions and tell me what I'm spending my money on. From the jump I wanted to know the cash price of the ski and the numbers kept changing. as of Now the ski is posted $3,756 so $91 bucks less then yesterday but when I talk to them they tell me it's still 4,200 bucks Well tax title and license on $3,756 that comes out to $4,158.87 and yet they want to charge me $4200 for the ski alone... don't make any sense. At this point I should walk away, But crazy instead of trying to make a sale with me and just answer questions.. they run a sale away. read more

This is the worst service i've in my life and i've walked this earth for 55 years. Polaris Slingshot Team Mancuso Powersports North this the 45 N location only I'm sharing my experience at team mancuso on 45N houston, tx. I went in for a service and due to a engine light on I believed was due to overheating. I dropped the vehicle off at 9am Thursday morning. I explained the problem I was having to service department with overheating. The team stated they would check it out for me. I received numerous calls explaining that everything looked fine and both fans were working but it seemed to be overheating. The service department explained I could put ice freeze and raditor to help cool it down for $300. I stated, "Ok I will try that". Then he stated they could not do it that day but i could buy the product and schedule another day. I said, "Thats alright just service the vehicle". This is when the problem started. It begin to rain really bad in the Houston area so I called the dealership to ask them to hold the vehicle until next day due to the weather and explained I felt un safe to ride home in slingshot. The service department stated they could not promise to keep vehicle inside but they could park it outside. My response, " No sir can I speak to manager". I did not want the slingshot out in the rain because I lights, stereo, and aftermart items that I did not want to get rained on. When i spoke to Manager, Steven. He stated same response as service department. So i told him i will pick it up. When i arrived at dealership slingshot was outside and it was extremely wet. So I went inside, paid for my service fees, and asked for the keys. When i sat in my slingshot it was soaked with water and two warning lights appeared. These lights were not on when I initially dropped off the slingshot. I went back in to service department and explained the problem. They then took sling back inside to check it out. At that time i stood inside and watched them look at the slingshot. Joey, the service manager, and Polaris employees continued to run test on it. They couldn't resolve the issue and Joey explained that he could not fix the issue at that time and I could take it too another dealership to get it repaired. Joey stated it was not their problem because when they put it outside the lights were not on. I explained I'm not taking the slingshot home and they need to fix the issues. He went back and forth explaining it was not their problem due to electronics. He said thats my problem and my fault. I asked to speak to GM. I went inside to speak with the team and they then put slingshot back in the rain. My wife have a video and I will share it with you all. As the GM approached my wife and I, I explained my problem and all he could say is "It's not their problem and it's because the electronics I have on the slingshot caused the problem". I explained this can't be true. I've had my slingshot in the rain and this did not happen. I am asked to keep it, check it out, and fix the service lights. The GM explained it wads a electrical issues because of lights and stereo. I explained that I only take my slingshot to Alexander Restrepo from House of sound car audio and I have not experienced any problems. I immediately called Alex but GM did not want to speak them him. My wife walked into the shop and asked why they put sling in rain, why would they do the vehicle like that, and GM and Joey continued to blame me. They did not try to resolve the issue or try to keep it to run test. They did not show any remorse and did not want to help me as a customer. I explained I purchased my sling from here and this is my shop. The GM continued to say it was because of the electronics. I believe this is the worst experience I ever had with any shop or business. I will never do business at @team mancuso on 45N houston, tx. 1. They should be apologetic and try to make it right instead of blame customer. 2. Keep slingshot to run test to fix problems. 3. This place is totally disrespectful and unprofessional 4. When you are a customer management should try to handle the problem you have when you arriving at the shop 5 I have two warning lights on and also says "shifting is not allow" If you are in slingshot community don't take your slingshot there because they do not care. Furthermore, they did not tell me they did not have a slingshot tech. I called another location to verify the information that the GM and Joey stated. They stated this is not true and said I would have had a problem when electonics was first installed. I have had the electronics installed for almost a year. I have an appointment with another location on Wednesday to check out the problems. At this time Team Mancuso 45N HAS NOT reached out to me. Can someone please call me or help me resolve this issue. To my sling community do not take sling to shop Team Mancuso on 45 North Houston, read more

I heard some rough stories about Team Mancuso, but I believe everybody has a rough day once in and a while. Called other dealers in the area and their prices for a Yuasa battery were ridiculous to say the least so I called Team Mancuso and luckily that had my particular battery in stock for a decent price. I go to the parts department and they have the battery, BUT it is not activated. If you have changed a motorcycle battery a few times then you know it must be activated for the initial charge and you do not have to have a degree in Chemistry, but you do not want to make any mistakes seeing that you will literally be sitting on top of the battery with your precious packages separated by foam and plastic, which I totally forgot. The guy from the parts department told me no problem, they could activate and charge it in a couple of hours. Viola, up and riding a few hours later! If you are coming from I-45 South(Texas wannabee racers) save yourself the headache and get off at the early freeway exit to give yourself time reach the store on the corner. read more

Multiple bad experiences. We went in looking to purchase a Can Am Maverick XMR. They didn't have the model we were looking for so the salesman scratched our name on a piece of paper and said he would call us when he got one in. Never called months and months later. No follow up. No interest in our business. Nothing. We went in AGAIN and spoke to them about the same purchase and told them about what happened last time. Still didn't have the model nor did they call us back again. They officially lost a 21,000$ purchase. Called them a couple weeks ago looking for a lift kit for the XMR we purchased from a different dealer. One star for the service team. I like the sales guys and bought 2 vehicles here but keep learning the same hard lesson when I ask for help with service. Called ahead to get a code cleared off my Slingshot and an inspection. Husband took my Slingshot which is a 3 hour round trip drive from our house. When he arrived, he found out it wouldn't pass inspection because of another problem but they wouldn't take a few min to clear my engine code. Service team or rip off artist might as will be crooks I don't even know how they sleep at night. They charge me $170.49 for an old change on an ATV Plus $62.50 for a diagnostics which didn't determine that it had other issues they still had to do a test drive it to determine I didn't have full power which I kept telling him the whole time it had half power So then they charged me $340.50 to change out the spark plugs.and replace the spark plug boot that was soft and torn the killer is they charged $87.50 just the swap out the boot maybe a five or 10 minute deal. All this to get home and plan and ride tomorrow to find out that they didn't even notice a torn CV axle boot that I'm having a repair on my own. And the bottom line was there is why I half power was the spark plug wire came disconnected at the coil not at the spark plug so ended up costing me $619 for them to find the disconnected wire. So after losing my car due to the Hurricane Harvey flood, I elected to get a 2 wheeler instead. After taking the Motorcycle Safety Course, I decided by starting off with a Scooter. I had been eyeing a Used Honda SilverWing on Mancuso's website. When I made my final decision, I sent inquiry about the bike. The very next day, Steve started communicating with me. Once I was sure that is the bike I wanted, I did the online credit application (very easy process) and the next day I got a call from Tim that I was approved. So me and the wife made a trip up there. I have to say, everyone there, Steve, Tim, Gary (Semper Fi!) and the rest of the staff, their service is impeccable and second to none! I am at best a novice when it comes to 2 wheeled vehicles and they answered every question I had, even the goofy one's lol. They made me and my wife feel like the most important people in America. We have purchased many cars, and the process is such a headache, Team Mancuso North staff made it so simple (Hey car dealerships, learn from Mancuso North staff how Customer Service is supposed to be done!) Overall the bike is nice, the staff was extra great, and to top it all off, the Chocolate Cake was out of bounds (yep that was a nice thank you gift). My fellow Yelpers, if you are in the market for buying a Motorcycle, Scooter, 3 Wheeler, Can Am, Slingshot etc. this is the place to go. Great people, great deals, extra special attention to details and a freaking great chocolate cake! 2 days ago These guys are a joke. We purchased an ATV over a month ago was told to bring it back in within 3 days of purchase because of an manufacture issue w/ the parking shift. This repair is covered by the manufacturer but now the service department is soaking up the labor/time to charge back to the manufacture. We have yet to receive our atv back. These guys don't know how to manage tracking, scheduling, nor ordering. Every time we call for an update we are told next week repeatedly. Apparently the service techs are over worked or don't know what their doing. If I was the GM of this store I would look into your service staff. I understand you guys are just trying to make a sale, but you need to maintain that "salesmen customer service" after purchase. We were referred by a previous customer, and had 2 other friends inquire store details but have advised them to go else where. Long story short we purchased a Brand New ATV over a month ago and it's been sitting at Team Mancusos N location every since. Do not purchase from these guys. read more

I was very specific about what I needed and the parts manager told me it was a communication problem, as if it was my fault. I took my 2014 Victory Cross Country to these guys for a small warranty repair issue. Somehow over the course of the time it was there and during the maintenance work the tank and other part of the bike were scratched up pretty good. Naturally I was about as angry and disappointed as I could be. The Service Manager and the General Manager of the dealer assured me over and over they could fix the problem and they apologized over and over. I pretty much stormed out of there. Three days later the General Manager himself delivered my motorcycle to my home personally. He took personal responsibility for the inconvenience and believe it or not, the motorcycle looks better after they fixed it than when I took it in. They polished and detailed every square inch of that bike and even repaired a couple of scratches and wear areas that were my fault. The bike literally looked like a show bike from top to bottom. Chrome, paint, everything! While it sounds like an exaggeration, it looked better than the day I brought it home new. They were very friendly to work with, they took full responsibility for their actions, and they treated my bike like it was their own. I would recommend using this dealership. We had a great experience at the Mancuso North Houston location. My son was in the market for his first motorcycle. Michael Murphy, our salesman, did a great job helping him pick out a bike that wasn't too much bike for a first bike and it ended up being the perfect choice. Upon getting the bike home, we noticed that there was a small cut in the back tire. The cut was a bit hard to see and it wasn't losing air; however it concerned me enough to phone Michael, the salesman that we dealt with, to see if there was anything he could do for us. Michael apologized for missing the small cut in the rear tire and after getting the approval from his manager, Johnny Weeks, he told me to bring it in at my convenience and the tire would be replaced at no charge. When I brought the bike in for the replacement, the guys jumped immediately on it and had the rear tire replaced in no time. The "icing on the cake" for the amazing customer service experience that we received from these guys was when I was about to leave with my son's bike, Michael asked me if my son's girlfriend had lost an earring when we were there purchasing the bike. I wasn't sure, as nothing was ever said to me about it; however after speaking to her, she indeed, had lost one of her earrings, so not only did I return home with a new rear tire on my son's bike, I also returned home with his girlfriend's recovered Texas A&M earring. It was a truly great experience dealing with everyone at the Mancuso North Houston dealer. read more

I feel very lucky to have come in contact with Michael Murphy and Johnny Weeks at Team Mancuso Powersports North. Just six months ago I brought a brand new CBR1000rr from another Mancuso store, but when that bike got stolen, I began thinking about a ZX10r, which TMPN sells. While the insurance claim was pending, I went and visited Michael. I was upfront with him that I could not buy for several weeks due to the pending insurance claim and for some other reasons. Michael still spent the time and effort with me as if I were buying that day. He talked to me about the bike and some other details. I was pretty bummed I couldn't get the bike that day. Fast forward a month and I was ready to go. I contacted Michael to see if he could match the best prices I saw advertised in Texas on Cycletrader. I am very busy, so I try to do as much over the phone even though I know that dealers don't typically like that. Michael respected my time and committed to matching the prices I have seen advertised. I was delayed with insurance quotes, and Michael was respectful and patient. The next day I went in with my five- and six-year-old hooligan sons, and once again, Michael and Johnny were totally cool and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to get the deal done. And they actually helped me entertain the two rugrats. Something else that Michael and Johnny offered was a Track My Toyz gps tracking device and app. For $800 installed, it was totally a no-brainer for me since I had recently been a victim of theft. That thing works like a charm and gives you real time updates if your bike leaves certain areas or enters certain areas that you define via the "geo fence" tool. Great add on. All in all, I got a great (I would say best) liter bike for just a tad more than I would have paid on another CBR, which is outdated and is being replaced in 2017. I also picked up an extended warranty for a decent price. Everything was topnotch, timely, and above board...and kid friendly. TMPN is not in the public service business--I understand they make money and have to make money. But I got a killer deal and was treated like a valued, longtime customer. No doubt I'll go back there if I ever need another bike, side-by-side, atv etc. . . . and for service on this beaut! read more
