While I was waiting to check out, I did notice quite a few car-related accessories, cleaning options and all sorts of gadgets for your ride. Store was clean and very well organized. I also observed multiple other staff members interacting with other customers. Every one of them was pleasant, helpful and they appeared to be genuinely interested in what best suited the customer's needs. Impressive. He clearly understood to mistake which other staff did not. All. Check your orders, parts snd receipts before you leave. Try to find a knowledgeable person here. It will make experience workable. Otherwise as bites below. Can be very painful. The manager guy was a 5 star. The other staff 1 or less. I have updated. Always try to be very clear and honest to help others who might go to these businesses. My opinion only. Good luck all. The overall company has not been horrible. But moving that direction. This store in particular is terrible. I would avoid. Purchased brake pads for front and rear. Premium grade. Front were fine and went on okay. Not a great looking product though for being premium. The rear were both the wrong pads in the box. The box number did not match the receipt. Store does not want to help at this point. This is just the latest in a series of poor parts and fluids issues. Wrong filter specified for Ram Ecodiesel. Had to correct them. Wrong oil specified and had to correct them in same. These are big issues. Similar coolant specified issues for various vehicles. That would have led to mixing types. OAT and HOAT as well as colors. Seems like the combination of some young or inexperienced or just not competent people, plus the systems do not match the latest OEM requirements in some specific cases I have been involved with. All my opinion and experience. But this location is not worth shopping at any longer and other locations have had similar challenges. I hate to order online. But likely will order online or go to the dealer or O'reilly. I may pay more for parts at dealer. But will get the right parts and save a lot of grief. Great job AutoZone staff. Another unsatisfied customer, with parts that they cannot use. Final note. Advance Auto served this local area for years. Did so, so poorly they finally shut down. Seems like AutoZone is filling their spot. Last dollars spent at this store or any other location. Be careful people. Deal with a store you know and person who does more than look at the computer screen.
