My appointment time arrives a few days later and it took them around two hours to do all five (including the back spare) and I am very impressed with the quality of work. I own a Ford f150. I recently had the oil changed by Ford mobile service. The Ford technician…read moreinformed me that I should replace both front and rear brakes pads due to wear, not immediately, but soon. I called for an appointment at Byrd and brought my truck in this morning. I ask for a front and rear brake job, to rotate my tires and perform an all wheel alignment and to check the rear tire for a slow leak. These folks are true professionals. They informed me that I had 40% and 60% of my front and rear brakes pads remaining, (the truck has 82K mikes on it) and therefore I did not need brakes at this time. They rotated the tires and put the truck on the alignment machine. They told me no alignment adjustment was required. I expected to pay for the hours of work that was done to check my vehicle. I got the bill and was surprised that $0.00 amount was due. I actually challenged Tim and said i needed to pay something. He said no all they had done was a complimentary inspection. I appreciate honesty. when they could have followed my directions and replaced all the brakes and on top of that charged me for an alignment. Wow ...they are some honest folks. I would recommend them to anyone!

Don't let the fact that there are so few reviews fool you, this is a reputable shop. Ricky is a…read morevery honest guy and explained the different options for repairing curb rash on my alloy wheels. He offers a touch up which is the same as most other mobile repair shops or a full recondition where the entire wheel will be removed, sandblasted, and recoated. Though he recommended that I just go with the touch up since it was just a bunch of surface scuffing. Though he said that it would maybe look 80% perfect, I can't tell the difference personally. It was a bit slower than using a mobile repair service that finishes in 1 or 2 hours, but I appreciate that he took his time. He also backed up the job with a 1 year warranty if I found that it wasn't satisfactory. The location is a bit difficult to find though. You have to turn in the same row that has the Soccer Factory, but go on the other side of the same building. DEFINITELY CALL or TEXT before coming in case he's busy. They used to have a store front in another location, but decided that they got enough business from referrals and social media that it wasn't worth it and moved to a garage with cheaper rent. It did seem like that ended up in passing the savings onto the customer. I would definitely come here again if I ever had to fix a scratched wheel compared to some chain or mobile repair business where they charge you for coming to your house and rush through your repair.

I searched around for awhile to figure out what I wanted to do to my truck as well as who's help I…read morewould want installing everything. After speaking to quite a few shops It was easy to choose WPS. They are not a pushy sales shop, they suggest only the best products for you (not the most expensive but best for what you want and need). Dana actually suggested I call the manufacturer to see what they would recommend was best for my application. Most of the all the customer service is top notch. I ended up get a Carli 2.5 level for my truck which was back ordered. Dana would call and keep me posted on estimated what time. She called when the parts where shipped. She scheduled me in right before Xmas not only for the installation but also to get the truck aligned after instal. When they installed the parts I got a picture of it taken apart. I got a picture of all the parts. I got photos and communication every step along the way. And when its was all done I got to come back in and get a re torque on all the bolts to make sure everything was correct. The gist of it is I can not speak highly enough of WPS. If you have something you want done and you want it done right this is best place around. Thank y'all so much.

And then let Dana guide you through the procurement process and install the kit. She has a great shop just 30 minutes north of downtown that does all kinds of vehicle performance work. Complete with lift machines that will handle these 5 ton trucks. They even bring your new lifted truck over to the wheels and tire shop and bring it back for final tuning and alignment check.
