I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). As a customer, this feels more like a rushed job or a money grab than the quality service I expected. As stated, I paid a significant amount but the price was cheaper than places elsewhere. Robert, the estimator was/is professional, detailed and understanding when I decided to reduce the size of the job. He recommended a rental agency that would drop a vehicle off with a discount attached to bringing our vehicle to him. When I came back into town to pick up vehicle, only part of the work was done, (but done very well and at a fair price) but no fault of the shop as some parts were on national back order. I need to mention here that I dread body shops only second to the experience of actually buying the vehicle but Robert made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail and was communicative about how long and how much. I would recommend these folks, just do your best to pin them down as far as availability of parts, etc.

I have a 2022 Ram 1500 Limited, they installed LED's strips on all four doors and sides of console and also ambient lighting front and back foot well and all 4 doors. I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure. The quality lacked on every time. My mechanic explained they dont have enough space to let the paint dry so they take it out too early so they can increase turn over. At the cost of quality. 3. if you need a quick, cheap fix and dont mind it looks bad and certainly wont hold for long, then go ahead. Otherwise - stay away.
