Alex and his helper (I think his name is Evan), did an amazing job on replacing our ancient 1946 fuse box with a new 200 amp panel. He obtained all the necessary permits, PGE applications/phone calls and city inspections, very quick to follow up and answered every silly question I had about the process. I was only without power for about 2 hours and he made the process so seamless and stress free for me. My house is split level and on a hill so PGE required that the working surface be flat, I offered to flatten it but he said just to get him a shovel and they will do it! Evan flattened the ground very nicely. Their work is very neat and clean and they were very nice and professional. They installed 2 grounds, one next to the panel and one at the main water shut off and got rid of my old panel.
