He met with my husband and discussed the installation at length to make sure we were really comfortable with his solution, and he was able to get us up to speed on the latest technology for eliminating wires (Andre is about as high-tech as they come). We ended up going with a superior wireless solution rather than drilling a lot of holes in the interior architecture. Andre is very respectful of your space and strives to preserve your walls and cabinets, which is not something you find with many technical installers. My husband wasn't completely sold on the wireless solution, but once he heard the sound and realized how easy it would be to operate, he was on cloud 9! We live in an old flat built in 1910, and had no idea what was behind the wall over our fireplace. He was willing to walk into the install blind without knowing what he would find, which spoke to his professionalism and experience. The mount we had originally chosen was not what he recommended, but he was willing to give it a try, and when it was installed and I told him I didn't like it, he got right to work on using a different mounting method ~ no complaints or grumbling, even though it was completely our fault. We now have a brilliant, updated TV and sound installation: NO WIRES (It's so nice to not have speakers and wires crawling all over the living room), INCREDIBLY FAST WIFI, and everything can be operated seamlessly through our iPhones! The best part is that I am now empowered as the overlord of the television and sound in our place, and I can shut down my husband's questionable music selections at will. I just needed to remove my old flat screen plasma and old wall mount (old heavy duty bracket) and mount my new 65" LED UHD flat screen. Andre called me promptly after I made an online inquiry that was routed to his business (he is the business owner). My immediate telephone impression was that he was very professional and responsive to my needs once I explained my project, simple as it was. The following day, he arrived ready to go. My first impression in person was...highly knowledgeable about what to do, the old TV and bracket, and the new TV. He told me the old bracket could be used again if I wanted to save money - no pressure to buy a new mount from him. But the old bracket was heavy and clunky, and would pose some difficulty for me if I would need to de-install it in the future. So I decided to get a lighter bracket that was fully articulating just as the old one was but definitely simpler and easier to handle. Again, no pressure for me to buy, it was wholly my decision; Andre's skill and knowledge was really amazing. He answered my questions easily. Nothing stumped him in his work, There were no hard issues to overcome, just moving along like the true professional he was. And, he did the initial setup on my new TV! This was a great time savings for me that avoided combing the user manual with multiple error and retries. Oh, and his interactions with me and my wife were perfectly professional but cordial and friendly as well. He broke things down in the simple terms I needed. The care that Andre took to protect furniture, manage the cable in an aesthetically pleasing fashion, and clean up afterward was most appreciated.
