I was…read moreshopping for either DIY or professional install of security cameras -- for no particular reason at this time. And I only planned to have cameras installed after some work that was scheduled to be done on my new house. I reached out to Eyal of Protection Now via Yelp a few days before the escrow closed on my house. Eyal spent an hour on FaceTime as I showed him around the house to discuss the number and location of cameras needed. The house seemed untouched when it was filled with staging furniture for weeks. Stagers removed the furniture over the past weekend. Upon my visit at the house on Monday, I noticed the patio door of the ground-floor master bedroom was unlocked. I then saw there was water all over the master bathroom floor, the toilet seat was up, the shower door was wide open, residual water inside the bathtub basin, AND there was a lighter on the bathroom counter. Moments later as I was measuring the room, I noticed a partial footprint on the window sill and dirt smear on the side wall of the window. Of course, I called Eyal immediately. He speedily set in motion to get my cameras installed the next day. When Eyal and his team arrived on Tuesday, Eyal made a much-appreciated authoritative suggestion to me to also install an alarm system. They completed the installation of both security cameras and many alarm sensors in one day. Ernesto made sure the apps were set up correctly on my iPhone and patiently gave me a tutorial of the NVR functions. Everything was fully operational by the end of the day. All were done timely and within my budge to feel so much safer. Thank you, Eyal and team of Protection Now!

Ernesto was also a phenomenal tech and took detailed steps to ensure that our security system was up and running smoothly. At a time when many companies cut corners and try to upsell customers, Eyal is a breath of fresh air. We would heartily suggest working with Protection Now to everyone!

Fantastic service for home internet setup!…read more Had an initial call with Chris to provide my input on the home layout and the coverage we were looking for in the different areas. Chris was super knowledgeable about the different setup options including Ubiquiti, Eeros, etc. Chris informed that they will take care of bringing all the potential devices to install including the network controller, Netgear switch board, Access Points, etc. Jake was the team member who visited our home for the appointment. I did an initial walkthrough with him sharing all the relevant details including the Xfinity Internet input, preexisting wiring, etc. Jake was quite friendly and shared his knowledge on the different Eero Access Points he brought with him. Jake noticed the possibility of cleaner LAN cord management in the garage using wall plates for which he made a Home Depot visit during the appointment. Overall, all the Access Points were up and running within the time budget discussed prior to the call. Also, Jake helped with the Eero app setup for monitoring the usage. Been using for a couple of weeks now and things are looking pretty good so far in all locations of our home. Strongly recommend this service!

We have a crashed vehicle parked across the street awaiting towing by AAA to a collision repair shop. He noticed our car and left us a friendly note advising us not to worry though there were many people calling and reporting to his department. Furthermore, our severely damaged car was marked to be tow away in 72 hours. Yes the car was parked on the street facing the wrong direction. Yes we neglected to ask AAA to correct it. However, it should have been understood that we were under duress since the car accident. The way we looked at it. It's the equivalent of putting salts on an open wound.
