Its been awhile since ive been here so thought I'd update my review. Being a weekday it wasn't to crowded and we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. I love the cabin/lodge feel here. It's very cozy. The waitress we had was very nice and we never ran low on coffee which is of course very important. I had the big breakfast with three eggs, two pancakes, bacon, sausage, home fries, and toast. They have blueberry, cranberry, apple, or chocolate chip pancakes for 60 cents extra per pancake. I got the cranberry pancakes. Everything was delicious and I brought home most of my pancakes because I was stuffed! For those who love real maple syrup they have a whole bottle on every table, not just a little cup of it. You can also buy a bottle to take home. They have a viewing window so when they are making syrup you can watch. We found the prices very reasonable and the coffee was really good. Will definitely be back! read more

A great stop if you're looking for a simple, well done breakfast menu. It almost makes the decision for you in the best way possible. We ordered the Half Pint Breakfast and the Sugar Makers Breakfast, the portions were huge, and everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Every table has their signature New Hampshire maple syrup (try some in your coffee trust me on this one!!) The service was horrible and we had the most arrogant waitress with a horrible attitude. She should not be a waitress. She over charged us and we informed her of the overcharge she became very defensive and hostile. She needs to get anger management and how to treat customers. What a way to end our camping trip in New Hampshire. It's hard not to earn five stars when you make your own maple syrup. Everything brought to the table was five stars. The easy over ex were perfect, but the scrambled were dry and chopped into some tiny bits they were impossible to get on a fork. Rye Toast was like white bread. Pancakes were excellent. Did not wait long to be seated though I hear sometimes it does take longer to be seated than to be served. My wife and I passed by here in our way to a job and stopped in for breakfast The outside was really nice and well Taken care of and the inside was absolutely gorgeous but we took our food to go and ate outside at one of the picnic tables. The food was great and came out really quick we got the sugar maker breakfasts they were well priced and delicious and honestly we could have split a breakfast but I wanted leftovers and our waitress couldn't have been lovelier she even wrote down a few local swimming holes for us to check out! A little disappointing. The pancakes come with meat and if you don't want it you have to pay for it anyway? But the omelet doesn't come with home fries? The plate came without and when we asked they said they are extra. That is really weird. The food was good. We never got offered refills on our coffee but the waitress was new. The place is extremely busy on weekends, so expect to wait quite a long time - we waited for about 30 minutes before we got seated. They have indoor and outdoor seating, although the outdoor seating is either by a busy road up front or by a dusty dirt parking lot, so I didn't see the appeal. The seating we got was by the front door, which has people constantly coming and going - not the most relaxing or enjoyable situation for a Sunday breakfast to be honest. The service was fast and efficient. We ordered: The large breakfast platter and split that, which comes with a $2 up charge if you want an extra plate (completely fine by me). We usually order too much food and this way we don't overeat. The plate came with bacon too crispy and the sausage links which were OK. The eggs were cool by the time we had the food served. The best part of the platter were the pancakes, which we ordered with blueberries. They were fluffy and well cooked with tons of blueberries inside. The restaurant makes their own maple syrup which was also really tasty. Overall very picturesque place but too busy for my taste and even though the service is great, they need more help. read more

This is probably one of my favorite breakfast place I have ever eaten before. They use fresh whole eggs for my omelette. My complain is just they forgot to put cheese on my omelette but I got chopped ham that I did not order. Ordered blueberry pancakes, it was warm, fluffy and delicious. My friend ordered half of a waffle, it came with 2 pieces of bacon. It was an excellent waffle. He did not care for his breakfast sausage; he said they tasted frozen. We were visiting from NY as we do several time a year. We overheard that they had run out of wheat toast but didn't come to our table to ask us what we wanted in exchange. The order came out with white toast. Which really isn't a big deal at all, what is a problem is when you tell the waitress and she responds, " what's the big deal,It's only toast." Wonderful spot! Seated immediately, beautiful outdoor seating with a wonderful view of pats peak, our server was very polite and didn't check on us every 30 seconds. Ended up with blueberry pancakes (actually ordered one blueberry, and one regular, but the they messed up the order. nbd though). The pancakes were good, not exceptional, but good. Homefries were cooked a little less than I like so they were firm. Eggs, and toast were very good, the bacon was good, the sausages seem like the frozen kind from the supermarket. I'm not picky, so that doesn't really phase me. Overall like I said, a pretty good breffast, but I always hold a country breffast to a higher standard than other breffasts though. read more
