So I lost the remote part of my FOB key somewhere in 6 flags NE and was stranded in the parking lot unable to start my SUV. It was late at night on Labor Day and all 6 flags personnel including security had left. I had to work the next morning, my 7 year old daughter with me had to go to school, and we live in Fairfield County CT. My warranty company spent almost an hour trying to secure a tow and Interstate Towing was the ONLY company that offered to take on this long haul and take us home. From Agawam MA to Stratford CT which is 71 miles ONE way. I can't thank your company enough for coming through when all factors were against us...lateness, distance, and being a holiday. interstate towing dispatcher Jeremy gave me a total of $294. I was told it's $35 on top of that everyday the vehicle sits in the lot. I come in the next day and the price has jumped over 100$. I asked driver 461 in Westfield what the charges are for he gives me a number to call and I ask who am I supposed to ask for. he says I don't know. I call the number anyway and I get dispatcher jarred. i ask him about the almost extra $100 charge and he can't answer me about it and instead hangs up on me. I will be contacting a lawyer unless I can speak to owner or Next person in charge under him. I paid your driver in Westfield in cash and he has no receipt and no change either. After the hiccup was finally straightened out, all went we'll . The 2nd driver (Interstate) is why I added 5 stars to the 1 I had intended for the 1st driver (Bosco, Enfield). AAA's customer service and supervisor was, as always, professional, polite and sincerely concerned about this odd set of circumstances. The first driver literally held my vehicle hostage until AAA agreed to pay him. He also was unavailable to tow me to my home as he had no one to cover him on his other job whatever that is. I wonder why he showed up at all. His presence caused major problems for everyone especially me having to wait three hours for a decent driver, Interstate. This company provided one of the best experiences of customer service I have ever had. Jen and Rich deserve a raise. They made the situation alot easier to deal with, when they didn't have to. Other tow companies refused my tow cause it was snowing, all the more reason I needed help! They Jen delt with my insurance for the billing even though they don't usually use them and was extremely nice and courteous with me the entire time. Ronald was so quick, it was amazing. I just got out of a 16 hour shift at 8 am to a flat tire. Obviously frustrated, I tried to change the tire myself but the bolts were rusted on and I was low on energy so I called AAA. I think I was on the phone with them longer than I had waited for Ronald, and Ronald not only arrived way earlier than the estimated time but he got the tire off in no time, he even checked the air on my donut before he put it on. Your driver driver was very quick to respond to pur broken down car stuck on the side of a major interstate highway. I am elderly and somewhat weak, with bad knees, and had great difficulty getting into the tow truck, even fell trying to do it. The driver was so kind and considerate and helped miy grandson to push and pull me up from the ground and into the truck. He was extremely kind and polite and caring to an old lady. Could not have asked for a better experience. My truck died getting off the highway. I call Interstate at 9:46 pm and at 10 pm the tow truck arrived. The tow driver, Dan480, couldn't not have been more pleasant and professional. He hooked up the car and got it to my home in no time at all. The usual horrible experience with these types of criminals. Had to deal with a blue-collar Barbie type with obvious undiagnosed mental illness at the front desk who treated me like I had sh*t for brains because I didn't know their possibly criminal procedures. They took their time getting my car, too. I'd say to avoid this business, but I guess not a whole lot of people actually CHOOSE to interact with them, which must be how they stay in business. read more

My driver was very courteous, knowledgeble, and a very good sport for the nearly four-hour tow I was not expecting to have to need that day! Arrival time to get my battery checked out only took 15 minutes, as for then having to get my car towed Eta was two hours which is a pretty long time to wait for a tow but hey what're you going to do it is what it is.
