Our roadside assistance had dispatched another company that no-showed on us after 2 hours of waiting. Eventually a cop came behind us and asked about our issue and then said he would get us a tow in 10 minutes. Ernie's Towing was our knight in shining armor. He showed up in 10-15 minutes and took us to Firestone, where they learned it was just a couple of sheered-off studs. The driver was friendly and we appreciate his help! On to better car days!
