Sat at the inspection station in line when finally I got up to the bay and the guy tells me that I'm gonna have to wait because the car behind me got there before me, which was absolutely a crock. They were prompt in responding, and office staff competent, communicative, and helpful. The tow was expensive but who doesn't expect that? The tow drivers didn't have the least bit of "bedside manner." You don't need alot for this work but some friendly empathy and patience is helpful. One driver was obviously not that confident which invited more communication, but you couldn't pry a word out of him. The other guy was jittery and impatient and took a shot at an insulting demeanor which I ignored. They did the job. They got paid. But if you have a choice, entertain some other outfit. read more

I blew out 2 of my tires on December 28, 2023. I called R W and the tow truck was there in 15 minutes! I am very happy with their service and the people who work there. They replaced the 2 tires and the price was good. Thank you for being there when I needed you. read more

I was very disappointed when i was quoted daily pricing over the phone, to then show up to hand over my card. As Jen swiped my card, without having any convo about additional charges or deposits, she attempted tp charge my card $450+. I did not havr this money & when I attempted to transfer from savings, it was already pending. I walked in with $600+ to my name & walked out at zero. Oh, i thought we went over this on the phone? WTF. Horrible customer service, no sign of customer service or showing compassion for robbing me of all my money....and today over the phone i told her i was so disappointed that she showed no emotional signs of regret for making such a huge mistake. Not double checking her work. The charge is STILL pending & she really doesnt care one bit. read more

After having a negative experience getting my car inspected at another auto company, I thought it would be better to get it inspected again. I brought my older Mercedes here for its' Massachusetts state inspection, and had a quick and easy experience. When I arrived on a Saturday morning, there were 5 cars ahead of me waiting for inspection, which seemed like it would take a long time. However, the line moved along quickly. The mechanic who did the inspection was understanding of my older car, and was efficient. Would definitely return, and recommend to others. read more

Originally gave this place a 5 star. I understand they are busy today and stressed, but no one should ever be spoken to the way I just was by any employee. EVER. Trust me that I know stress, and everyone has bad days, but this "office manager" lady Scott could not have been more short (pun intended), stark or rude! I was nothing but friendly and encouraging with him on the phone; he is the essence of unprofessionalism and worse yet, the product of horrible parenting. My brake lines failed on the Mass pike 300 mile from home and 200 miles from my destination on a Friday afternnon. RW's inspected the car found a broken brake line in short order. They were not able to do it on Friday (understandable), but provided a rental car at a very reasonable cost. Car was ready on Monday for my return trip home. I got home a day later than expected, but made my commitments. Having a low priced rental was a real bonius for me; it took the worries out of the trip. read more

Absolutly amazing. My car broke down in Lee. I brought my car here, and he was super busy. Even still, he got my car into the shop within a half hour of being there. He charged me substantially less than he should of for my service. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is the worst tow company ever make sure when they give you a bill to ask for the Towing slip and check it against the Massachusetts set tow fees Allowed by the Department of Public Utilities they will try to keep your car and all your personal belongings in it and check the bill up three times more than what they legally allowed to read more

As a former resident of Lee, MA I can't say enough great things about this business. They are not only fair in pricing but honest above all else. I used these guys because my car died on the Mass Pike. Through AAA they came for me and drove me back to the shop. Since it was closed, I had to go back to Boston and expected to hear from them the next day at 9:00 am. With the car smoking and inoperable, I expected to be taken for a pricing ride. As promised the call came at 9:15. The woman on the other end of the phone wanted to know if I minded that they had already performed the work and that the car was ready. Sticker shock coming......$28.50. That's right, she could have told me I needed a new transmission, but to my surprise, $28 bucks and working perfectly. It was a transmission fluid problem. Honesty pays. Please use these guys if you can. read more

Got a huge piece of metal embedded in my rear tire on the Mass Pike. I was close to an exit and just made it to R.W.'s shop on my rim. They were able to fix the tire and we were on our way within 30 minutes. They were kind, pleasant, fair and trust worthy. If I lived closer, I would always have my car serviced there. i was traveling the mass pike on Friday july 18th towing a car trailer with a custom car inside on my way to Syracuse NY when smoke started to billow out of one of my trailer wheels a MASS state trooper stopped to help when we realized we couldn't travel any further he called RWs within 10 min the tow driver arrived and quickly realized the best action was to unload the car and try to drive the trailer to the tow yard Glenn the driver very carefully loaded my car on his ramp truck then we proceeded to the yard where the owner and his crew did everything possible to get me back on the road from letting me borrow tools to giving us bottles of ice water 3 hours later with the car reloaded and ready to leave I asked the owner what my bill was to which I was told I was all set I had to beg them to take fifty dollars off me to at least have a beer on me.
