He disassembled the suspension, redid the brakes, rotated the tires, changed the fluids, and more! He completely ignored the motor mounts and my diagnosis. He even called a dealership in Springfield for advice!! After nearly $2,000 of work, the problem was not fixed! I knew when I walked in and saw the drive shaft on the floor, I was in trouble. I asked him three times, what about the motor mounts? Did you check them? He said, No, with a smirk, and brushed me off, then couldn't understand why he couldn't solve the problem...duh. He had the van for three and a half days. When I left, I still had the same problem I brought it in for. He even told me it might feel worse now that the suspension had been completely redone. Fantastic. So frustrating. I brought it to the dealership, and they said hey, your motor mounts are trashed. I said, I know. Now it's fixed, and this Wrights guy should give me back all of my money for the work he did that didn't need to be done. I know he didn't listen to me because I'm a woman. So if you're a woman thinking of going to him, do yourself the hugest favor of going elsewhere. Unless you have too much time and money on your hands. Then feel free to keep this idiot in business.
