I always grow suspicious when an establishment has a perfect (5)***** stars reviews, however after using Ford's Auto Repairs, talking to the owner Mike Ford and explaining the urgency of getting my wife's Ford Fusion repaired rather sooner then later because we were form out of state, and must return back to work, I completely understand the outstanding results of this shop in obtaining such an amazing status. the repair was done in timely fashion with the upmost professionalism one can render, not to mention at a very fair and reasonable cost. i give this wonderful gem a 10 stars if I could. I cannot express how happy we were with fords. After numerous quotes and several attempts to fix our transmission, we decided to go somewhere new, which is what brought us to fords. They gave us a quote based off of the information we gave them. After looking at, and trying to repair our transmission, it was agreed we needed an all new transmission. Not only were they fast courteous and professional, but they also stuck to the original quote they gave us, not going a penny over. They were not overly pushy about us using their garage, even going as far as to tell us that if anything went wrong in the time frame of our warranty, we did not HAVE to bring it back to their garage to have it repaired. However, after having work done with them, I can honestly say, I wouldn't bring our vehicle anywhere else for transmission work! read more

Ladies nice but mechanic gave them the wrong info on what was wrong with my car and would have cost me my transmission. I would have paid over $500 for a new radiator system, when it was a leak in the transmission fluid filter. Thankfully Bob Denley was able to see me right away, as the transmission was empty of fluid. read more

I can't say enough great things about Ford's auto service. We live in Lee during the summer,so when I am in the Berkshires, I have always used Ford's for routine maintenance like oil changes, with larger issues being taken care of at the dealership in Boston. However, we recently decided to have our 90,000 mile check up and service done at Ford's rather than at the Toyota dealer. It was a third of the cost, and the work was fantastic. At this point, it is worth my time and energy to make a trip to Lee around the time that my car needs any service, just to have Mike and his team do the work. They just replaced my rear brakes, and the car feels great! read more

This past Thursday night, my car broke down on my way to vacation in New York. I googled all nearby mechanics within a 25mi radius and found that Ford's had excellent reviews, and my tow truck driver said the local townies had recommended Ford's in the past to his customers as well. The reviews & recommendations are 100% accurate! I left a voicemail & my key in the dropbox that night, explained our situation, and asked if there was any way to fix my vehicle the next day (Friday). I was hoping that they could maybe fit it in at some point on Friday afternoon, but they were already taking a look at my car at 8:45AM (they opened at 8) - and not only fixed my car by 11:30AM, but came to pick us up at our hotel 10min away too. On top of that, they charged me $20 less than they had quoted me, as they said it took less time to fix than anticipated. Honest & straightforward, as others have said! These guys are gold. My family and I have been going to Ford's Auto for over 20 years. They get to work quickly on your car and will explain in layman's terms what they've done to fix it. If you live nearby, they might even drive it back for you. If perhaps they cannot perform a certain type of repair, they know nearby shops to send you to that can.
