He even called a dealership in Springfield for advice!! After nearly $2,000 of work, the problem was not fixed! I knew when I walked in and saw the drive shaft on the floor, I was in trouble. I asked him three times, what about the motor mounts? Did you check them? He said, No, with a smirk, and brushed me off, then couldn't understand why he couldn't solve the problem...duh. He had the van for three and a half days. When I left, I still had the same problem I brought it in for. He even told me it might feel worse now that the suspension had been completely redone. Fantastic. So frustrating. I brought it to the dealership, and they said hey, your motor mounts are trashed. I said, I know. Now it's fixed, and this Wrights guy should give me back all of my money for the work he did that didn't need to be done. I know he didn't listen to me because I'm a woman. Exiting from a quick trip inside, the camper lock malfunctioned, locking us out. Sadly, the key fob including the truck key was left inside, and we were completely stuck! I asked Bob to check my engine light and…read morewhen he saw that I had gotten my oil changed somewhere else, he rescinded his offer to let me borrow a loaner for my tire change scheduled for next week. He then proceeded to aggressively ream me out for letting another mechanic change my oil. It was very controlling and creepy. His volatile and controlling behavior was shocking and made me hope that he does not treat his loved ones and his employees in this abusive way. I choose self preservation and am staying far away from this guy. Hope he finds some help. He certainly can't seem to keep his demons at bay.
