When he started to get the jack out to lift my car I told him I had the Tesla pucks in the car that he could use. He actually THREW the jack down and started to walk off. His wife said, "we lift Tesla's all the time." I said okay, go ahead. When they were done the guy drove the car out of the bay and got out muttering "I hate these things." I asked, "what, Tesla's?" He said "yes." I said, "I wish I'd known that because I wouldn't have come here." The man was a jerk with an attitude. If he doesn't like Tesla's but he agrees to inspect them, he shouldn't say anything. He needs to keep his opinion to himself.

I let them know I'd be across the street and to please call or text when the car was ready. An hour later I hadn't heard from them, so walked back over and they hadn't even looked at my car yet. They weren't considerate enough to even notify me. They then said it would be "another hour, and we are taking it right now." An hour later I called to see if it was done and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and never answered. Then when I arrived I was told it would "be another 15 minutes." 25 minutes later the car was done. Two Hours and 30 minutes for what I was told would be a one hour visit. 1. It is simple consideration to tell the truth about timing so people can plan their day. 2. It would have been simple consideration to have called me about the delay. 3. It would have been simple consideration to have answered the phone instead of leaving me on hold 15 minutes. When I mentioned these things the answer I got was a shrug and "Well, it's that time of year." What time of year? Apparently the time of year to disregard customers. The prices and work are decent. The customer service is AWFUL-and for no good reason.
