It took me a while to get my back seatbelts buckled. Maybe the guy was flustered - I don't know. When he started to get the jack out to lift my car I told him I had the Tesla pucks in the car that he could use. He actually THREW the jack down and started to walk off. His wife said, "we lift Tesla's all the time." I said okay, go ahead. When they were done the guy drove the car out of the bay and got out muttering "I hate these things." I asked, "what, Tesla's?" He said "yes." I said, "I wish I'd known that because I wouldn't have come here." The man was a jerk with an attitude. If he doesn't like Tesla's but he agrees to inspect them, he shouldn't say anything. He needs to keep his opinion to himself.

My car was deeply entrenched in ice, frozen mud and snow. A local towing company refused to come out since my driveway wasn't plowed. So I called American Towing who quoted the same price even though they were located 30 miles away. Leroy went beyond expectations, offering prompt and professional service to help me. He even arrived in one hour, an hour earlier than he had estimated. His courteous demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend American Towing for their reliability, affordability, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Leroy, for your outstanding assistance!

Is it possible to leave minus stars? On New Year's Eve 2022, in the afternoon, we noticed that a…read moretrim piece beneath the bumper of my Camry was dragging along the road. Most shops were closed; John answered the phone and curtly said he could remove the piece or repair it. We said we were on our way; we had to drive slowly. Perhaps 15 minutes later (it wasn't yet 3 PM) we arrived to find he had closed up. That felt unkind and ungracious at the very least. I rang his phone and no one answered, even a message. Did we take too long to get there? Sorry, John, if that was the case. But anyone who wants to deal with him should be aware of a certain selfish rudeness in the business plan.
