My car was deeply entrenched in ice, frozen mud and snow. A local towing company refused to come out since my driveway wasn't plowed. So I called American Towing who quoted the same price even though they were located 30 miles away. Leroy went beyond expectations, offering prompt and professional service to help me. He even arrived in one hour, an hour earlier than he had estimated. His courteous demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend American Towing for their reliability, affordability, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Leroy, for your outstanding assistance!

After calling to let them know we were coming to get our groceries out of our car we were told we could not get anything out of it at all unless the insurance called. 3 people called from insurance and they still wouldn't let us get anything out of our car after a WEEK of waiting because they said it needed to be in an email or writing instead of just a call now. Over $300 worth of groceries ruined in the trunk because they couldn't be bothered with walking us to our car to grab them. I didn't have a choice in where my car was towed but this place is truly the worst business I have ever dealt with. Request your car to be towed to ANYWHERE but here if you're in an accident.

I got in contact with a service that had a flatbed truck. After seeing the photos, they said they were afraid that just pulling it out could damage the underside of the car and I needed someone with a wrecker. Did you ever have that awful feeling that you were really stuck somewhere, didn't know where to turn, it was a weekend and you'd probably be stranded until Monday? After some phone calls, tho, a very friendly lady said they could help me and to send photos. She called back shortly saying the truck they needed was on another job but they would be there later that night. And they were. Chris and Jennifer worked in the chilly dark, in the water, with the truck lights on the scene, setting up multiple attachment points, pulling out a bit, resetting the attachment points, and repeat. It took close to an hour and they got the car out with no damage. If you ever need emergency help in central-northern Columbia County, they're the go-to people.
