Rip Off Artists. Terrible young businessman. My daughter (coincidentally was best friends with Evan's sister.) Had her vehicle towed there. He quoted the work at $350. The semantics of his pricing are irrelevant. What isn't irrelevant is how he then charged her a total of $500 when he added an additional part. WITHOUT contacting her and asking permission. When I spoke to him about the work order change. He said, "well when we put it on the lift, we saw something else wrong!" Ok.... Evan, why didn't you contact my daughter? To which he didn't have an answer. He knows me and what I do for a living. He asked, "if you rip a roof off and it needs plywood. What do you do?" To which I responded, "I eat it because I failed to do a proper inspection and I've already quoted a price to the customer." Which is 100% true. If you quote a price and made a mistake, it's on you. You just left money on the table. You don't go hat in hand to the customer and cry about your employee or you making a mistake in the initial consultation process. This kid is not professional, doesn't know how to eat his or his employees mistakes and as far as I'm concerned runs a lousy business. If I had the time I would have bought the parts for $80 and done the work myself. Sadly I didn't have the time. If he's willing to rip off his younger sisters best friend. Imagine what he does to the everyday person. Stay away with your vehicle and/or your families vehicle. Unless you like to get hit over the head with a hammer. Knocked out and pissed on. All the while being told it's raining out. Stay away!!! read more
