You can't go wrong with Lia Toyota of Wilbraham! It's truly the best dealership in Western…read moreMassachusetts. With a fantastic selection of both new and used vehicles and an excellent sales team, there's no need to look anywhere else. We visited three other dealerships before deciding on Lia Toyota of Wilbraham, and unlike our previous experiences, they prioritize a customer-first approach. Our sales representative, Sharif Bilodeau, provided us with five-star service and was incredibly patient, especially since we were a bit overwhelmed by our unexpected car replacement purchase. He even worked with the finance team--shout out to Richard Greenaway!--to secure a better car loan rate than what we had from our bank. If you're searching for a sales rep who will go above and beyond to meet (and exceed) your expectations without being pushy or trying to upsell, I highly recommend asking for Sharif. You won't regret it! Thank you, Lia Toyota of Wilbraham. We look forward to our next car purchase!

WOW. I sincerely wish I had read these reviews before I bought my used Prius from Lia 2 weeks ago…read more 100% instant and total buyer's remorse, and I get a consistent vibe from reading through these reviews. I had a 2021 Prius AMD LE that was the perfect car for my needs, and it got totalled in January with 127k miles on it. I just wanted as near as I could get to an identical replacement. Lia listed a 2022 - same car, same color, same trim with 97k miles. It was listed at what I thought was a decent price considering the mileage. It was listed as 'Clean Carfax - no accidents reported'. A quick walkaround on a snowy day and there was nothing that stood out beyond normal highway chips and scratches. All good. I gacve a deposit. Before I even got out the door, I had a sales manager sit down and explain that it was the last day of the month, and she was a couple of sales short of making their quota - they were going to miss out on their monthly bonus. It would really mean a lot to her if I'd just sign the paperwork right there and finalize the sale. I told here I needed a day and wasn't going to rush this. I'd be back tomorrow. 2 hours later, I get a call from another sales person asking if I would interrupt my dinner with my elderly parents to get these e-docs signed within the next 15 minutes before they closed for the day. I did not. I went to the dealership the next day to take care of it. After I picked the car up, I noticed that there was a repair to the driver's door. Not even a very good one. It's noticeable when the light is right, and easy to miss if it's cloudy or wet. I called the sales rep (Shawn) to say how unhappy I was about this - I didn't know I was buying a damaged car. His response was 'Oh, I thought you saw that. There's really nothing we can do now.' Seriously? My old car would average 52~ MPG. It would range from 50-56, depending on conditions. I had said this was the single biggest factor in my wanting this car, as I drive ~1200 miles / week. The new car has been averaging 42 MPG. Quick math.... that's an extra tank of gas for me every week, which adds +$100/month to the cost of this car. Within a week, my tire pressure sensor light went on, and I stopped to put air in. When bent down, I noticed that all of the body panel clips in the wheel well were broken. On both sides in the front. Then, as I'm walking around the car looking carefully, I realize that the whole front bumper has been painted. A close match, but not right. Clearly masked under the edges of the wheel well. It's rained a lot in the past week. Every time it does, all the windows fog up inside. Makes me think there's something up with the door seals. I'm super-frustrated at this point, as the only reason I went to a dealer in the first place was that my last purchase experience when I bought the 2021 vehicle (at McGee Toyota in Putnam) was AMAZINGLY good. I simply wanted a similar experience, and Lia is right between home and work. So anyway, I buy the CarFAX report, and see 2 accidents listed. One to the driver's side, and one to the rear end. So, aside from what I know about, apparently, there's more that I haven't even found yet. Awesome. Like I said.... all I wanted was a hassle-free experience and a decent solid car. This has been a nightmare. Caveat emptor, for sure. My mistake. I feel like an idiot for trusting them. I did see that several other people had bad experiences, and I saw Riley Campbell's (General Manager) direct extension listed here. I left him a voicemail first thing this morning asking to get back to me, and I called twice back and asked for him before posting this. I've not received a call back, and he was unavailable both times I called the desk. I expect zero resolution, but posting in hopes of helping someone else avoid a similar fate.
