Andrew was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure I was safe. Of the 5 ppl I spoke with that evening he was the only person asking if I was ok. Andrew is an asset to your company. I asked if that was a good idea. He tells me, sure it is he'll follow me to the closest gas station so I can put air in it. I told him that didn't sound right hut he assures me over and over that he does this all the time. Now I have a flat tire and my spare tire is shot as is the rim. My car didn't drive right after I had the tire replaced. They paid to have that fixed. They took over a week and a half to replace my spare and when I went to get it because I didn't want them touching my cat in any way they threaten to call the cops and don't want to give me the tire. They lie to your face and over the phone and they try to intimate you when you don't agree with them. Terrible people. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible towing customer service for new drivers…read more I don't know if it was because the guy was new or if they try to scam people on purpose but either way, I wouldn't recommend this company for towing. The guy came within an 1hr, as expected but he did not explain anything. He only asked me for my name and keys so I thought that was all I needed since I told AAA where I needed it towed and they have my card info. I gave him my keys and we were on out way (me using my fathers borrowed car). I received a call from him 5min later telling me he just towed my car out of the highway and needed me to come back to fill out some forms. He told me I had AAA basic and so needed to pay the extra 10miles. I have AAA Plus/RV which covers 100miles but I didn't have my card with me so I couldn't prove it and had to go to work in 30min. He spent 10min giving my card info to a guy at their office and still did not bother to check my AAA plan so they did charge me $35. If they make a "mistake" like this to you, report it to your insurance company or AAA to get your reimbursement.

So yesterday I'm sitting in my disabled vehicle awaiting a tow from @AAA (worst company EVER btw…read morefor roadside assistance) from 5:30pm until about 8pm, when after checking my status I was told my second call in (They sent the wrong tow truck the first time, again) was still unassigned, and there is no updates, oh and btw I potentially could be waiting until the next morning so I decided to check around for a local provider as I was paying for the tow anyways. I contacted A&M Towing in East Hartford CT. I spoke with Luis an extremely amicable and professional gentleman who quoted me a hookup and mileage rate way cheaper than @AAA and listened to me while I vented regarding my situation, within moments he had me laughing, sent the link for payment, and told me to call my Lyft and go home he'd take care of everything. Within 30 minutes another wonderful gentleman arrived at my home with my truck. As he suggested I paid for the tow while being driven home. I was so impressed with his empathy and professionalism a stellar company and gentlemen who literally helped a tired lady get home after a long days work and ordeal with @AAA (review coming soon) I totally recommend this company for your towing needs. yup, a 4 star review for a truck leasing company…read more i moved, again, for the last time while i am vertical! and again, like a trooper, i did it myself, well, minus a truck, which they provided. its a budget leasing space. i think they do other towing and repo and god knows what, i only needed a truck. look around yelpers, i think their prices were the best, plus, you can get promocodes online to save even more. i had to change my reservations oooo about 6 times, thanks unreliable buyer, anyway, they were able to move it around, take this out, move that, etc. of course, when i show up and had reserved a 16 footer with a ramp, they tried to give me a liftgate, i went in panic mode, they fixed it up and i left with my ramped truck. (fyi, right there i could have gone crisis or retold the seinfield anecdote about making the reservation, but not keeping it, check it out, true) so long short, good service, very affordable, well when i double check the credit card statement we will find out, and i would recommend them, not for myself, to hell with that, ill be dead before i move again.
