Yet every appointment I'm left without a vehice (for days at a time, one appointment was a week). I currently have my car back yet I still have inoperable features. Waiting for a call back for more parts to arrive. I should not have these issues with a new car, and because I was sold a defective car, one would think the dealership would try to smooth things over by at the very least providing a loaner vehicle.

Further, the service was about a trasmission issue I complained about while it was still under warranty. The service dept said at that time that there wasn't anything to do unless the transmission failed - which it had not. As it turns out, there was a TSB for this very issue I was not notified of that may correct the issue. Of course, Vernon Chevrolet said since it was no longer in warranty, the service would be at my expense. Stay clear of these shady, greedy crooks.

In the end I did purchase a vehicle, and the salesman earned a star by driving to me when I was unable to return to the dealership to sign paperwork. But anything for a sale, I guess.

After purchasing it, I discovered that all four wheel bearings were bad. Another shop had quoted me around $3,000 to replace them, while this dealership offered to do the job for around $1,000, so I brought the car back to them. When I received the car back, the ABS, brake, traction/DSC, and service-engine-soon warning lights were all illuminated. Those warning lights were not on when I brought the car in for the wheel-bearing repair. I can't say with certainty what caused the lights, but the fact that they appeared immediately after the repair is obviously concerning. I also don't have the original paperwork anymore, so I can't prove exactly what happened, which is frustrating. Regardless, this was my experience, and I would personally recommend having any vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing it.

Now they returned my car with key scratches and dents all along the drivers side and I have pictures of them unloading 8+ tires from my vehicle and parts as they were using it as storage and transport for parts during the days they had it!
