He is kind, patient, honest, reliable and has gone above and beyond when we needed him. Bennys is right here in Holland, Ma. And if he isn't available right away he will let you know. He's a busy guy and often times he's not available until the next day abut he takes you as the calls come in and he has always been here when he said he would be. I had a string of bad luck and my last 3 vehicles had serious issues. He also came another time because Imy youngest son locked my only set of keys in my truck. Sigh. Most recently, my GMC Terrain I purchased last year had some serious issues that lead me to calling Benny. Some of the issues with the truck made it difficult to lead the truck onto his truck bed. He found the issue and had to dismantle some of the shift case and what ever else. It was not an easy pickup and he was very fair to us! We are thankful to him. He takes the time to explain things to you and talks to you like a human being. We've come to know him somewhat and he has good family values and you can tell he comes from a good family. He was also very kind to my two special needs boys. We 100 percent recommend Bennys Trucking and Towing! We would call him again. I just hope not to call him again for a while. I was behind a flatbed tow truck that had the directional On to turn right, their years area, he did merge into the breakdown lane when my thinking kind felt he was going to park until a space opened up( I've seen that in the past) or back in once the line of traffic passed by, because he's pulled to the side. EXCEPT as I'm edging forward the driver suddenly swings the truck out into the middle of the road which also covered oncoming traffic. With myself slamming on the brakes having no idea what this guy is doing with a line of traffic behind him and causing the car in the other lane to swerve and make room for the flatbed. That kind of behavior is not acceptable to me, and it shouldn't be for the company either. While all of this is going on, 2 people were also trying to get out of the driveway which then caused a car block because everyone coming out and into the lot were driving like loony tunes. I wouldn't give my money to a tow company that drive like around a well traveled residential area. That's not being a good neighbor. Your business in a residential are, you should be a good neighbor. Unfortunately, after sending my email and not receiving a response, while seeing activity on social media, I felt ignored and disappointed. Because I did not receive a response, I decided to reach out to other departments within the company in hopes that someone would listen. That is when I received a call from Drew Damien.
