Derek was incredible, intelligent, intuitive and creative in his approach to tight quarters and a challenging tow. He came with ALL of his brain cells fully engaged and provided exceptional, precision service. As a professional restoration shop that requires tow services on a frequent basis, I was blown away by this company and I will definitely use them for all of my future tow requests. And in addition to the remarkable service, everyone that I spoke with was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, which are traits that are extremely unusual in this industry. I highly recommend CJ Auto and Tow for all of your roadside needs.

They were clearly busy and all their tow trucks were occupied, but the owner (I assume he was the owner) was super friendly and responsive - he drove his personal truck over, arrived within 15 minutes of our call, and within 30 seconds he was able to jump-start and get our Land Cruiser up and running again. He had a portable credit card scanner, charged us a reasonable price and we were on our way. Definitely recommended!

Driving to work this morning, I had a LGL Towing truck cut out in front of me. Normally I'd honk,…read moreswear, flip off, etc but I wasn't fully awake just yet so just threw my hand up and rolled my eyes. My irritation - and honestly mild reaction - at getting cut off was somehow super offensive? The driver then alternated between flipping me off and slamming on their brakes (even though he had a blue Ford pick up on his bed? Who cares if you damage the customers vehicle - just as long as you piss me off, right guy?) The driver flipped me off and slammed on their brakes over and over until I took out my phone to record their crazy driving but then, of course, it was all best behavior. If this is the kind of childish behavior that this guy displays for cutting someone else off, I'd hate to see the rage he'd go into if you cut him off. (Ever see the movie "Joy ride"? Yeah that's coming to mind) If you drive for a living, you should probably get your road rage in check, dude!

A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.
