During this…read moretime, I never had a repair problem until yesterday when the warning light came on about the drivetrain. Of course, I was concerned and expected a major repair bill. I took the car to Pat and he stopped what he was doing and started to diagnose the car. He then told me that most likely it wasn't serious. I told him I had an important doctors appointment the next morning and asked if I should rent a car. He said "leave the car with me." Later that day, he called me and said the car was repaired! Wow, was I grateful and relieved that he was able to fix the car the SAME DAY! I always trust Pat. He and his team are very customer focus, honest and competent. Plus, his repair services are very reasonable. I highly recommend Aguiar's Auto Repair!

I originally took my 2015 Ford Fusion to the Ford dealership in Fall River to diagnose a gas leak…read moreon my vehicle. The technicians at Ford put my car on a lift and then told me I needed a new fuel pump, ring , seal and gas tank for a total of $2,700, mind you they never dropped the tank for inspection. I declined and took my car home. The next day I called Norwest and explained to them my situation. One of the owners explained that while I might need a fuel pump it seemed highly unlikely I'd need to replace the tank but suggested I make an appointment and they'd be happy to take a look at it. I dropped the car off a few days earlier than my appointment day. In that time frame they looked it over and determined that my gas tank was perfectly fine, and all I needed was a fuel pump. They were able to get the part and install it and I had my vehicle back the same day as what my appointment was scheduled for. It was also very reasonable on price compared to the Ford Dealership. I will never take my vehicle back to a "Stealership", as I am sold on Norwest's service, knowledge and flexibility. The best part is they are literally a up the street from my house, so it's convenient to drop it off and pick it up.

At times, there have been multiple repairs that have to be made, and they are amazing at prioritizing the order of repairs for us. They have a cool computer system that will list the work needed, and you can accept or decline through text. Additionally, the repairs have always been completed in the specified time frame, and as far as I can tell, it is pretty quick. We have had cars inspected there as well.
