If I could give Dylan and his team 10 stars I would! My truck developed a water leak somewhere in the back of the cab. After numerous attempts on my part to find and fix it, I called the IG's. Dylan explained his process and fought the insurance company (State Farm) on my part. He didn't have to do that. I've done leather OEM seat replacements myself before, but upon taking apart my Lexus sedan seat cushion, I found that I didn't have all the tools needed to put it back together. Rather than buy tools and deal with the frustration factor, I stopped into their shop yesterday morning. Dillon came out, took a look, and I expected to drop it off and come back at a later point. MUCH to my surprise, he took it into the shop and it was done in 10-15 minutes. And the price was MUCH less than I expected to pay! Dillon and his team have earned my business from here on out. My father who's been a mechanic all his life agrees the techs are giving out bad info, almost scrapped my car I just bought due to an improper diagnosis that a real mechanic saw. read more

Fantastic, Quality Work!! I recently took 2 door panels and armrests here to be recovered. Several other places said they'd do it for less, but when I tried them they made excuses and didn't do the job. At the end of the day Dan and crew recovered my parts just like asked and it looks like a factory fit and finish... They did an exceptional job and squeezed me in. Poor customer service. I had driven over 100 miles for an appointment only to learn when I arrive they had closed due to an ice storm. However, they failed to call and advise accordingly. When I had called to reschedule, Tina indicated that it was posted on the website and I should've viewed the website for updated information. Came in to get my 350z convertible top installed. Dropped it off in the morning. Got a call in the afternoon telling me it was done. Went to pick up my car. Top is installed perfectly.
