I always seek to use independent collision shops to avoid the nickel and diming by insurance companies. Their work is typically better and they don't cut corners with parts and craftmanship. County Line proved to be no exception to this. Bubba and his team were extremely patient while I did battle with State Farm to have the car fixed. It sat, stored in the County Line facility, for weeks while Bubba, the shop owner, and I coordinated with a less-than-willing insurance company. Bubba was patient, thoughtful and a great resource in assisting me with the claim process. Once the actual repairs were underway, the shop was proactive and communicative about any COVID-related parts delays and general timelines for completion. While the timelines were protracted due to the pandemic, my girlfriend and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The quality of the body and paintwork was excellent. I dare say the car was returned to us looking better than it did before the accident. When I got the car back, it looked like it had never been in an accident, and drives like the day I got it. I also accidentally left several things in my car when I dropped it off, including some nice sunglasses, and nothing was taken or disturbed.
