He said that they could replace the Regulator without having to replace the window. So, while doing my research I stumbled upon Certified Glass and seeing many consistent good reviews, I decided I'd give them a try. They too were in network for me (Geico, but check with yours of course), so is thought I'd rather pay the stupid deductible and receive good service. They are located in a building somewhat attached to McGeorge Toyota. So, if you're looking on maps and see that and are confused that's why. The entrance is through the little garage bay on the left. It's a small office with two or three staff inside, where you truly just go to drop your keys, make your payment, and go. The ladies inside working were friendly, and actually from the time of the initial phone call. What really wins me over is the fact that they offer a rental car free of charge while they do the windshield replacement. This was the first time I had to get a recalibration on my windshield too, so I guess it takes a bit longer. I was so happy to get that little car and still be able to go to work and not have to use any PTO to handle my business. I dropped off early when they first opened and had until like 5pm or so to have the car returned same day. Not a bad deal for the deductible that I would've paid anywhere and not gotten great service or a rental. I highly recommend Certified Auto Glass and have found my new spot for all my windshield needs.

This is the 4th car I have brought to United Solar to get installation done…read more All cars have had window tint & front end paint protection film (PPF) applied. What makes this review helpful to me & hopefully other readers was that this was the first time I had to bring a car back because I wasn't 100% satisfied with the application of the PPF. Paint protection film when applied to a certain electric vehicle brand that starts with a "T" - is difficult & complex. So I expected that the installer was bound to have some bumps. So when I first got the car back, the tint was impeccable & this car had literally a 1 piece glass roof that ran all the way down to the rear hatch lift handle - so a very BIG piece of tint application that was done perfectly. However, the front end PPF had some bubbles & wasn't flush to the cars' body in some spot - this will overtime trap dirt & moisture. I brought it back to get it reviewed & the owner (Bobby) & lead installer (Jordan) had no trouble understanding my concern & offered to re-do the entire job again. Needless to say this was all covered by the PPF warranty but still to have no "it's your eyes seeing thing" or "this stuff happens & it will go away" excuses & taking personal accountability says a lot about these people & this company. I appreciate the professionalism, the final results & the customer first courtesy is why I will continue to send referrals & my own cars to United Solar.
