Ray's Auto Upholstery was fast, professional and the completed job was amazing! Although pricey it was worth it! Less expensive than purchasing 2 new stools.

I needed my family room sofa, loveseat, and club chair cushions re-stuffed a total of 12 cushions. Unsprung came through in a professional, considerate, and extremely timely manner! They listen and care and it shows. They understood that our primary living space could not be days without proper seating. I scheduled an appt. for consultation. We confirmed that they had all of the materials in stock, and due to our close proximity, I was able to consistently deliver a couple of cushions at a time for replacement and once those were completed, I would deliver more. They started the job on Tuesday 18th and the job was completed on Thursday 20th @ 2pm. I highly recommend them.

Both pieces are dressers, and one had two deep scratches that were around 3-4 inches long each. The other dresser had nail polish remover spilled on the top, and the wood was totally eaten away in a spot about the size of a digital alarm clock. (I had one covering it.) The damage was caused by an awful moving company, who admitted they did the damage (showed me right when it happened) and then refused to pay for it or fix it. All My Sons. NEVER use them. The owner did the work himself and he did an excellent job. He told me several times that he couldn't promise that it would be perfect, but it looks totally perfect to me. On top of that, the two repairs were only $300 total. Another company quoted me $500. AND he fixed all my drawers, which had not closed for years. A couple of them were off track and required a drill to remove and fix, and there was clothing stuck behind them that I couldn't get out and that caused them not to close. Highly recommend this company!

I got the number on the side of the truck to report unsafe driving and pulled over to call, not knowing the owner of the company was the one driving. I barely got out the words "one of your trucks-" when he started yelling and cursing at me saying "That was me, douchebag! What do you want, douchebag?" I tried submitting a complaint to Weathersby Guild in Atlanta and they never got back to me. I feel like posting publicly about this incident is the only path left to try and have this flagrant disregard for safe driving addressed. I can't speak to the quality of the actual repairs, but with how he drives I expect those damaged items, claims of fraud, and additional repairs/up charges mentioned in other reviews to be a regular occurrence. Do not trust this man to transport anything you value, or to be professional/courteous if he doesn't get his way.
