I tried submitting a complaint to Weathersby Guild in Atlanta and they never got back to me. I feel like posting publicly about this incident is the only path left to try and have this flagrant disregard for safe driving addressed. I can't speak to the quality of the actual repairs, but with how he drives I expect those damaged items, claims of fraud, and additional repairs/up charges mentioned in other reviews to be a regular occurrence. Do not trust this man to transport anything you value, or to be professional/courteous if he doesn't get his way.

They listen and care and it shows. They understood that our primary living space could not be days without proper seating. I scheduled an appt. for consultation. We confirmed that they had all of the materials in stock, and due to our close proximity, I was able to consistently deliver a couple of cushions at a time for replacement and once those were completed, I would deliver more. They started the job on Tuesday 18th and the job was completed on Thursday 20th @ 2pm. I highly recommend them.

I'll be lucky if the upholstery lasts 2 more years. For some specific complaints: After the couch was picked up, worked on and delivered back. I noticed they had left the skirt on it. I'd specifically asked for it to be removed. Apparently even if you speek to the owner about what you'd like to have done, you must also inform the delivery guys. These delivery guys were quite hostile when my husband explained that the couch must go back. After finally getting the couch the second time, I noticed none of the buttons were straight. And a few months later, fabric started coming off the backside of the couch and the buttons. So I called and called and called. Finally after threatening to write a scathing review on Yelp, he returned my call and offered to pick up the couch. When it was returned he only fixed the backside of the couch and made the buttons in a straight line, but the fabric on them was not repaired. I guess the final straw was last night, when I removed a cushion and saw more fabric coming lose. My whole life my mom was always sending things to be upholstered, but I've never seen a lack of craftsmanship like this.
