You book your appointment online and drop off your piece. He did that on a Monday and received the cushion back by Thursday. When at the store, I could not find the product and asked an associate for help. The associate was in a completely different department and very busy. However, he stopped, directed me to where the product SHOULD be. Not finding it, he took the time to go to the back storage, again, coming back empty handed. Before I knew it, he had accessed a ladder....went down various aisles, looking in boxes stored high up and labeled with only SKU codes. Still nothing. At this point, I politely let him off the hook by thanking him; but he persisted. After at LEAST 15 mins of dogged searching, the product was found! The associate at the Willow Lawn was named RICK. He very well could have been the manager? I have NEVER EVER seen such dedication to customer care and wanted to take the time to give this review in hopes that someone at that location shares this with him.
