THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I'd give these guys 5 stars if they only took plastic. But even with the cash-or-check-only rule, they have anything the aspiring or experienced foam-hunter could be looking for. Deep comfort foam? Check. Archery foam? Check. Fast service? Check (I got the foam for my re-engineered couch seating within minutes of ordering at the counter). Foam to Size is THE place to go for all your foam project needs. I bought new foam for a set of dining chairs and two ottomans. The staff are great about walking you through your options (density, thickness, quality) and are able to offer great wisdom on what works long/short term based on your project. They are located in this HUGE warehouse full of, you guessed it, FOAM. Everything you could ever need... they can even cut foam for your Pelican case. You need it, they have it. Oh, they also have batting and other foam related items. We waited a short time while they cut the foam to our specifications. Yes, they only take cash or check and that is a bummer, but if you know ahead of time it isn't a big deal. The icing on the cake...they were soooooo nice and helpful!!! Cheers read more

They are the only place to go to for foam and it is starting to seem like they know it. Have done considerable business with them over the years but this last time when I needed to use a staple remover to pull some staples in a seat back that I had brought in and wanted to buy foam for I was told...."we are not an upholstery business, I can sell you a $16 dollar staple remover or you can struggle them out with this screwdriver". The attitude and sarcastic remark were not appreciated. read more
