Additionally, the insurance requested an inspection for supplemental damage and when I came for that inspection the guy who did the inspection argued my comments and I told him to please send his notes from the inspection to the insurance. A month passed and the insurance received nothing from Caliber, called caliber and spoke to the guy that inspected the car and asked him if he sent it to the insurance and he said that he guesses he didn't, I told him they expected that a month ago to what he proceeded to reply: I am not gonna be assisting you with committing fraud" to which I replied I only came back per the insurance's request and asked him to repeat what he said, he avoided it. Told him I wouldn't continue dealing with Caliber, hung up. This was back in March and we are not in May. That same day I called their HQ and they responded saying management would contact me but to this day I have received no response. Avoid this place, is not worth it.

The passive, unfriendly young man at the front desk would benefit from some customer service skills…read moretraining based on my two interactions with him, one in person and one over the phone. My older car was unfortunately declared totaled and the at-fault driver's insurance company helped me go through the process of retaining the car, advising me to call Caliber and tell them I would still like to pay to fix it. I called as instructed and the aforementioned young man brusquely and unsympathetically told me Caliber does not work on totaled cars, "you'll have to call a small mom and pop shop." I asked for a recommendation and he refused. Very displeased with this experience and will never return to this location, or likely Caliber in general, again.

My experience with them replacing the back bumper and calibrating the damaged object-detection…read moresensors of my Subaru Outback 2019: Time - It took them 26 days to complete the work - I spent around $500 on Uber and car rental. The job - the bumper matching color was really great - though the car was returned with dust on the seats and overspray on the back windows. Somehow inside the dark tint. They tried to clean it, got better, but it was still there. The (faulty) sensors - short story: I went back there 3 times plus 2 times to a Subaru dealer, who said - "they did a poor job here - one sensor not working and 3 of the 4 holders crooked." This after having to pay $180 dollars for Subaru's diagnostics, and around $700 to fix it, which State Farm agreed to cover the majority while I'd pay $163 dollars. The verdict: - Great paint job (customer service too) - Headache, wasted time/gas & stress for a half-done job - Extra 850 dollars (on top of my 1k deductible) - Using my insurance again to cover their half-done job - A dusty car with overspray on the back window

I hate leaving a bad review for a small business, but this was a horrible experience. And I…read morewouldn't recommend this shop to ANYONE and have no idea why my insurance has it highly rated. I chose this shop because my insurance highly recommended them for a minor dent repair. Communication was extremely poor from the start. My car sat for over 24 hours before they even completed the estimate, and after dropping it off for repairs, I repeatedly had to call for updates. I was told multiple times that my car was simply waiting to be painted, despite it sitting there for nearly a week with no progress. When I expressed my concerns, the estimator Chris, essentially brushed them off, saying they had too many cars. My take on this is if you are over scheduled or just bad at scheduling do not take on additional work! Having my car and I'm sure many others just sit there for 5+ business days is unacceptable. My car took longer to get painted than it did for the actual repair! After escalating the situation through my insurance, the owner contacted me directly, apologized, expedited the repair, and waived my deductible. I genuinely appreciated his response and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience with the rest of the staff was very different. When I picked up my car, it had not been cleaned as promised, and there was visible dirt on the interior, residue on the inside of the door, and tar/black adhesive on a tire. The estimator, Chris, who had previously dismissed my concerns did not acknowledged me at pickup, did not ask if I had any questions or concerns, and did not even look at me while returning my car back. Not sure if this is because I'm a women or because I complained. I strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else, even if your insurance recommends this shop. The owner clearly cared about making things right, but the overall communication, customer service, and handling of my repair were extremely disappointing.

I love this! What a departure from the traditional greasy shops everywhere else you go. Kyle, the service manager, is extremely efficient, knowledgable and easy to talk to--really, just a super nice gentlemen. He makes body work easy to understand for a lay(wo)man like myself and immediately put me at ease. Most importantly, I felt the price of my job was super reasonable, especially after comparing it to Toyota who was going to charge me double the price for the same job! And Haley has such a pleasant disposition and adds a warmth to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a delight to work with Bruces. While I hope I don't need additional body work in the future, but should I need it, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great shop, great people, great experience! Nice job, Team! When we got it back, the door didn't open, the window didn't open, the door panel was missing bolts so you can lift on it, the amount of bondo and missing body lines was so bad, they ruined the headliner and on top of that they got mad when we confronted them in front of customers and kicked us out. When I went back they had the cops waiting for me and when I went in I got kicked out it before even getting to talk to the manager. We went above them and started a dispute and got the money back since it was absolutely all of their fault and crappy business practice.
