I absolutely recommend Caliber Collision. Someone hit my car in a parking lot of TJ Maxx I. Short pump, we got insurance involved, the other person has USAA who took care of setting everything up, they provided a car rental, and when I dropped my car off at caliber, they were super nice, and willing to make the experience as seamless and easy as possible for me which I appreciated. It was bad enough someone hit my car. They called the rental place ( enterprise) and they provided a ride to the rental place. My car was done in 5 days, and I got a call from them to come get it. Brian communicated with me every step of the way, reception helped keep Enterprise updated so my rental ride would ready & the shop even cleaned my car once they finished. The service I received at Caliber Collision on West Broad Street was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The staff was amazing. They took great care of my 4runner. They were prompt and informative of the repairs. I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was there. I was so upset about someone hitting my bumper but they made the experience go smoothly and with no worries. absolutely terrible! I got into a car accident and I took my car to caliber collision for the first time ever! and instead of fixing my car, I got it back way worse than what it was before It got fixed from the car accident. They used, used. broken car parts to fix my broken car parts... That initially caused more damage to my car's suspension. they also gave me my car back with no brakes.. I had to take my car to its dealership for repairs. They told me what caliber had done messed up my car permanently. I tried talking to the manager, and he was so incredibly rude and would not help. He yelled at me, he yelled at my mom, and he yelled at the insurance representative after they had tried to call them as well. He is so incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful as well! I strongly recommend not taking you car here. They will just ruin it even more.! read more

Do not recommend taking your car here if you value your time and money. I went here after I was rear ended and the other persons insurance recommended the shop. I honestly felt that the back of my car looked better before I brought it in. The bumper really obviously looks like it was not correctly installed and appears to already be coming apart after not even an entire season. How sad that this "repair" only lasted a couple months before failing. read more

My car was struck twice, in the same incident, by an impaired driver. My insurance company, subrogated to my interests, took over resolution of the claim. I took my car to Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision worked closely with my insurance company and ensured that only original parts, and not secondary market materials, were used in the repairs. A specific Caliber Collision staff member kept me informed as the repairs progressed, and the work actually was completed ahead of schedule. Each replacement part was indistinguishable from the original, and the new painting was simply remarkable. Should I need automobile body repair services in the future, I definitely will return to Caliber Collision. read more

I was involved in an accident on Friday, Dec, 13th. We have USSA insurance, and Caliber Collision was recommended, so I was skeptical about taking my 2019 Hyundai Tucson to just anybody for repairs. From day one of going in and picking my Tuscon up after repairs, I can really say that they did am excellent job on the repairs,you could not tell that I had been in an accident. Had a collision in November; finally got the car into Caliber (recommended by our insurance carrier) in January. Cosmetic damage was repaired quite well. There was, however, a noise of wind, like an open window or door, that started after the collision and before Caliber got the car. I went back to see if Caliber would also repair that noise, and their estimator got totally defensive and stated they did not work on the door. I agreed, and asked again about looking for (and repairing) the noise; it later seems associated with a serious air leak, but Caliber's estimator insisted it's from and alternator or steering pump. Sorry, Charlie, that's 3 entirely different noises, and alternators and steering pumps do not cause the windshield to "fog-up" after a rain. These people are AMATEURS. read more
