Throughout the entire process, Kendal kept me informed every step of the way regarding my vehicle. The original estimate stated that the repairs would take about 10 days, but due to vendor-related delays, it ended up taking much longer. I'll admit that there were moments when I questioned whether the reasons for the delays were accurate, but Kendal's professionalism, patience, and consistent communication always reassured me. I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt, and I'm glad I did. Hendrick Collision is fortunate to have Kendal handling customer communications. She has a unique ability to calm frustrated clients, make them feel heard, and provide reassurance during a stressful situation. A little background: I brought my vehicle to Hendrick Collision on June 23, as recommended by USAA, after a 60-mph windstorm on June 22 shattered my moonroof and cracked my windshield. Unfortunately, I didn't get my vehicle back until July 15. Under normal circumstances, I probably would have been extremely upset by such a long delay. However, because of Kendal's outstanding customer service, frequent updates, and caring approach, my experience remained positive despite the setbacks. Hendrick is truly lucky to have her on the team. She is an absolute gem, and I hope the company recognizes the value she brings to its customers every day.

I love this! What a departure from the traditional greasy shops everywhere else you go. Kyle, the service manager, is extremely efficient, knowledgable and easy to talk to--really, just a super nice gentlemen. He makes body work easy to understand for a lay(wo)man like myself and immediately put me at ease. Most importantly, I felt the price of my job was super reasonable, especially after comparing it to Toyota who was going to charge me double the price for the same job! And Haley has such a pleasant disposition and adds a warmth to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a delight to work with Bruces. While I hope I don't need additional body work in the future, but should I need it, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great shop, great people, great experience! Nice job, Team! When we got it back, the door didn't open, the window didn't open, the door panel was missing bolts so you can lift on it, the amount of bondo and missing body lines was so bad, they ruined the headliner and on top of that they got mad when we confronted them in front of customers and kicked us out. When I went back they had the cops waiting for me and when I went in I got kicked out it before even getting to talk to the manager. We went above them and started a dispute and got the money back since it was absolutely all of their fault and crappy business practice. You'd be better off spray painting your car in the back yard than taking it to these hacks. Avoid Bruce's like the flu!
