They do awesome work. They've fixed both of my car's and my son's and I am very pleased. I would…read morerecommend them to everyone. They explain everything and keep you updated along the way.

Terrible experience. My estimator was Amanda. When they…read morefirst received my vehicle she told me that she will be sending me messages during the repair process. I received ZERO message from her. Only messages I got were the computer generated message about the picked up time which changed 3 times. I would get a new date either on the day of or the day before pick up. I had to reach out to Amanda to find out why the delay. 10/17, trying to put it back together. 10/23, they send her a damage hood. 10/30, Ford sent the wrong grill. She had not once contact me on her own beside the first phone call, always take multiple call for a call back. Since I was getting no where with Amanda that's when I started asking for the shop manager Jake and had my insurance company involved, my agent was surprise it had been over a month and I still hadn't gotten my car back for a front end collision. When I finally got my car back on 11/7 at 5p, it was extremely dirty plus they damaged my illuminated door sill of the passenger side. They left dirt on the dash, under the hood, the screen of my infotainment was scratched and the glove box door as well, foot print on the panel, when I express my concern during pick up, Amanda had the front desk lady told me that since I been talking to Jake I will have to speak to him, she is no longer my estimator and he had left for the day, but surprisingly he walked by right when I was about to leave. Next day I found the driver side window louver was barely hanging which I fixed myself. Now, I'm experiencing wind noise on the driver side which was not there before but they claimed is from the louver, wheel hop during turn but they said is not direct impact so no alignment check. This car is my weekend car so I never had passenger therefore the passenger side WAS practically brand new. Also, I don't understand why the front splitter supposed to be brand new but it has scratches on it same for the under body, almost like they took it out and park on top of the curb type scratches lastly the hood and the bumper doesn't align right, but some mustang has the issue with the hood bumper alignment so I'm not gonna stress that even though it wasn't like that before. While they advertise returning the car to you in the pre accident condition but Jake told me that they don't clean inside the car during the night if pick up. Keep in mind that my car is a 2024, I don't expect them to detail my car but not to return it to me with it covered in dirt. I reached out to corporate spoke to Lea Diaz, she asked me to send her photos and will call me back so I did but she never reply not even after multiple messages. I got tired of dealing with them so I had my insurance company Liberty involved once again and they took care of it in a timely manner, and they finally somewhat clean under the hood and inside the car plus replaced the door sill, Jake was supposed to go on a test drive with me to check the wind noise and wheel hop when I bought it back today for the cleaning and door sill, but he said he drove it and didn't hear it nor experience the wheel hop. I have bought other cars there before and never had the issues I am having this time. I guess management has changed?

(Apr 3rd 2026) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1idRmiA_rTb79Px86Dh3ciyBIhWDttizr/view?usp=drive_link The quote to replace that Oil pan and labor was more than 1000$ and Acura temporarily fixed it as I was driving and in a hurry and was away from home /Abbott's Auto Service (more than 120 miles away) that too over weekend. Following Monday I called Abbott's and informed. The response was "Bring the car, We are going to look at it". I told front desk that Acura fixed it temporarily and am hesitant to reopen that engine oil jar again next day. so told Abbott's, we will look at it during next oil change or if starts leaking again. I should not have treated as friendly neighborhood service shop. That was my mistake. ------------------------ Previous reply of yours is your understanding of the recent situation, but I want to be entirely clear: this was never about money, nor did I ever ask for a refund. My concern has always been about receiving basic respect, proper service, and professional conduct. To clarify the timeline of events: August 5th-6th (First Vehicle): I dropped off my first car on the 5th. Although I never received a call with an estimate, I paid for the DRL service over the phone without question when told it was ready on the 6th. When I picked it up after hours, I immediately noticed incomplete assembly work on the fender--including missing screws and plugs--without even needing to bend down (photo attached). August 6th-7th ( Refund Mistake & Escalation): I dropped off my second car on the 6th. When I returned on August 7th to pick it up, I paid for that car. Once it is completed, I showed the photo of the botched assembly on the first vehicle. Instead of listening or handling the matter professionally, the front desk employee became aggressive immediately, mechanic joined to his rant, and ordered me out of the office simply for asking questions about work I paid for. If you have a front desk video take a look. To make matters worse, the amount your shop later returned was actually for the second vehicle--which was less than what I paid for the DRL service on the first car--proving the refund wasn't even for the service in question and highlighting the sheer arrogance and negligence of your team. As a paying customer, I will not tolerate that level of hostility and entitlement--especially over an error as simple as failing to reinstall screws and body plugs. At the time, I mistakenly assumed the front desk employee was the owner, which is why I tried to reason with him directly. If you saw how your staff behaves when leadership isn't around, you would realize how severely they damage your shop's reputation. To make matters worse, on August 10th--only after I posted my initial review--the front desk employee called to apologize and admitted his behavior on August 7th was wrong. I declined to speak with him further, only to see your response on Yelp shortly after. This sequence makes it glaringly obvious that your shop prioritizes online damage control over treating in-person customers with basic respect. Excuses I heard on that day. 1) My screws are dirty. 2) Repeated MECANIC ARGUED QUESTION: "ARE YOU OK IF I CHARGE YOU 120$ TO FIX THOSE SCREWS" YES OR NO. He asked me to answer YES OR NO answer only. what is your answer if you are in my shoes? I would like to hear that to understand what your answer would be as customer/business owner? I will hear what your explanation also.
