Getting an appt was easy, I called in & they gathered my info to send me a quote. I got a quote via text that I accepted to set the appt. There's no waiting room, so you do have to drop off the car & head elsewhere to wait. I had a scheduled maintenance done, and it was ready before the end of day. Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! He was able to identify the problem, fix it, & do a couple tests to make sure. He was truly a GODSEND. And this guy KNOWS his stuff! His fee was reasonable & fair - a great value. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!
