I hope to not have to get repairs done again anytime soon, but if I do, I will surely return to Conner Bros. Great shop with great people!

I drove there (approx 20 min) pulled up and walked inside. I told the guy at the desk that I need an estimate and he asked if I'd like to drop off my truck. uhhhh no I just need a estimate. Well we only do estimates with appointments... what? There are literally 6 employees sitting at desk or chatting with each other in the office, can one of them do a estimate I inquired? No they don't do estimates he replied. Well why the hell is a body shop open on a Saturday with 7 employees and none of them can do a estimate? I highly recommend this mobile mechanic! What was expected to be about a 2-hour alternator…read morereplacement on my 2007 Lexus IS250 turned into a much more difficult job. The alternator was extremely stubborn to remove, and this repair ended up taking closer to 4 hours. What impressed me most was his persistence. He kept working through the difficulty rather than rushing the job or giving up. By the time he finished, it was well into the dark, and he was still there making sure the repair was completed properly. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with the parts I provided and was transparent about the work being performed. He didn't make me feel rushed, and he stayed focused on getting the vehicle repaired. That kind of dedication is hard to find. When a repair doesn't go exactly as planned, you want someone who is willing to put in the extra time and effort to get the job done right. My Lexus is back on the road, and I am very grateful for the work he put in. Five stars well deserved! If you need a mobile mechanic who is willing to stick with a difficult repair and see it through, I would definitely recommend giving him a call.
