We received a text on their service app that showed our car ready for pickup so we dropped off our rental and went there only to hear from the receptionist, Ashley said that the motor is out of the car and they do not have someone scheduled to install the motor. Of course we were angry that no one even attempted to call us and give us an update but why is my motor out for minor bumper damage and the manager Jeff was afraid to come out his office to handle the situation he created by having no customer service skills. Jeff constantly lies about when the car will be ready. Jeff even promised a rental car that we never got. we have had to chew his ass and the low life called the police saying we have harassed him. Oh poor pitiful Jeff. You have our car and keep lying. Jeff admitted that he has no knowledge of cars and he also has no knowledge of customer service skills 101, keep the custOmer informed. Jeff even went as far as asking us not to call anymore because he is afraid of getting yelled at because he is not good at his job. Through this whole process it appears Jeff has not scheduled any part of our repair but just let our car sit there. I noticed that you do not see many cars there. Since there system showed the car was ready and we dropped our rental off, we are in a bind for transportation and had to call our insurance to update them. Jeff also is guilty of insurance fraud for charging our insurance for parts that were damaged. He replaced our engine cradle to replace a bumper. Now after over a month still finding out that they do not even have the bumper which was the actual repair. I would stay away from here because you are guaranteed a bad experience and will be lied to. True unprofessional which is highly unknowable able cars and custome service. Save yourself from a frustrating experience and we expect issues from judging by their incompetence so we have a lawsuit ready for good old Jeff.

I damaged the front bumper cover and foglight assembly of my 1999 Audi, (bought new and kept in…read moreperfect condition for 26 years). A "main stream" body shop said they couldn't get parts anymore and couldn't make the repairs. I was afraid I might have to part out my car over a bumper cover. The main stream shop referred me to Dayz. Dayz did a beautiful and perfect repair re-using the existing bumper cover, somehow making and finding new attachment clips, and also found parts from various online sources to repair the damaged fog light and its socket, the pop up headlight washers, and even plastic welded the cracked washer reservoir. The car was returned fully detailed inside and out and looks showroom perfect. They are very creative, resourceful, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased and am grateful that they were able to fix everything and help me keep my classic Audi up and running.

We explained that a 3'x4' piece of plywood flew out of the back of a hauling truck on the Chesapeake Expressway and hit our front windshield on the passenger side and then flipped and sheared off our passenger side mirror. Even though we hadn't asked for a formal estimate, they went outside and took a look at our car and then started making calls to see if they could locate the parts. They went out of their way to help us. So, they replaced the windshield and the side mirror and they both look/work great. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service that we received. When I got the car back, it looked like it had never been in an accident, and drives like the day I got it.
